Yes it is worth it. But I think it would be even better if we didn't have to stop halfway through the story to ask "how is that even possible?" sometimes I skip chapters/scenes if they're way too illogical and don't have any 'illogic-enabling' explanation

One thing with this author...the books are brilliant but sometimes logic doesn't add up. This place is so far away that it takes days to get there...yet they share a time zone?
