and also author, please don't make mc too much of an a**h*le like his power

this novel for me had an interesting early chapter that really hooked me up, but after reading this till like chapter 100+ I felt like the development for the supposed main FL is kinda bland, I don't see the emotion I was hoping for coming, just physical desires, felt like the emotional needs aren't fulfilled or a lack of it?, I donno if author intended this or its just my own perception as a reader or other reason? anyway besides that still enjoyable experience of action and smut, not much to say.
