Who’s controlling his body then??? Can’t he leave the white spave on his own?

Wait so he cannot leave the white room unless he have a mission? Or he just prefers to stay in there? Also does the time passes outside and he has no control over his body in the real world or something ?

Not an achievement in this world tbh, tekkai, armament haki or a strong zoan would make one bullet proof regardless, I bet even garp is bullet proof without haki
