My friend most anti harem readers have a girlfriend and don't need to read harem fantasies...
I understand now more clearly. I just didn't get that impression in the novel. In the novel, it sometimes feels like he knows everything like reading from Wikipedia.
In the early chapters, I didn’t get the impression that he was an engineer. Even if he were, I highly doubt that a modern, educated engineer could sketch basic but functional outlines for WWII-level tanks from scratch, especially in a way that WWI-era people could build. Such knowledge is far too specialized and specific. This is especially true for technology like tanks and submarines, which would be entirely new concepts for that time period.
It doesn’t make sense that he could sketch those “basic outlines” on the spot and send them to the experts. Wasn’t there a chapter where, even while at war in China, he somehow managed to draft those “outlines” and send them off? Regardless, the idea of him outlining designs for a submarine or an advanced WWII tank is just too far-fetched.
Hey author, how is kingdom building in this novel? At what chapters does it start? Thanks!
But why would he do that? Mc wants to influence Germany in the future right? The marriage of his son to an influential family would bring him further backing and a good reputation among the elite. Mc is not some indolent noble he is a noble who wants to achieve greatness for Germany and to do that he must make sure his family is securely positioned within the upper echelons of society. Marrying his son to an influential family strengthens alliances and ensures that his lineage is tied to power and prestige. By cultivating strong relationships with key figures in German politics, economics, and culture, the MC lays the groundwork for future influence.
This story is about an ex german soldier who transmigrated from modernity to the start of the 20th century. Mc is a nationalistic patriot who loves his country and wants to lead Germany to a bright future unlike how in our timeline it lost ww1 and became no-no Germany and then lost again and became cuck Germany. Mc is ambitious, monogamous, and someone who rises through the military ranks and status of the high society. It has kingdom-building aspects, where you follow his dynasty and his achievements in preparing Germany for WWI. One negative about this story is mc somehow being able to remember all the technical inventions from our timeline like WW2-level guns, tanks, and even damn submarines. It's a pure parody that completely removes immersion from the story. I think such concepts should have been integrated differently if the author wanted for the Reich to have such tech. No one person without the forcefulness of the author would have such know-how.
Once again a stupid decision. She isn't even blood-related to Heinrich. Did mc forget he is a Prince?
Why would they marry their heir to a peasant? Pretty foolish if they care about having a good reputation and status in society. They are providing their son with a bad bride.
