All in all pretty average. The writing quality is ok, though some of it feels cheap. A large sections seems as though the author really wanted to rewrite portions they disliked later. Some of the ideas throughout don't fully mesh, but the story flows well enough otherwise. The characters are a mixed bag. To some extent they could be said to make reasonable choices for the characters as they are described, but in many cases they act very out of character. This is not in regard to being dynamic characters and being changed by the events of the story, but simply some choices or actions don't make sense for the characters as they are written or described by the author. The world building is interesting, though I may be biased toward it due to the use of greek mythology. It pretty readily falls in line with most average novels overall. It's worth a read at least. Im interested to see if many of the ideas that do not fit as smoothly will be improved upon later as well as the conclusion in general.
Was just about to add that.
that dialogue sounds a bit awkward.

Wasn't it female?
So Unova is supposed to be America. Did you just do a rando swap of Japan and Amerca (Indigo and Unova) in an odd adapted WWII thing?......
Oh Jesus, good on you.
Yea, even just assuming Mew can or would revive his pokemon is pretty odd. or that he could manage to find Mew. at least that's what seems to be insinuated.
