I don't get this, so he has to know them in person to give them the diary to gain power, I thought he would write a diray(story) of himself as he progresses in his power(not really) and once the character starts to believe what's written in it, he starts to actually gain that power, making the book practically the word of power, everything said being actually true in the end.
Luke realized that it would not be an easy task to fulfil all three requirements of the system. He would have to consider many different angles and possibilities due to the inclusion of seasoned veteran spies in Natasha and Fury. well, it doesn't have to be stated that he's op, he could be vague, and seeing how he knows of the plots in the world, he can make it seem like he knows all and sees all in the most vague way possible.
In Luke's original world, he had seen the Marvel movies and tv shows. With his prior knowledge, he believed that it would not be difficult to create his own identity that would blend into the universe. Furthermore, the system only had three requirements in creating his own identity when writing his diary entries. The first is to write about superheroes, which meant that Luke's chosen identity should be that of a superhero. The second is to write about gradual growth, which meant that Luke could not just write that he was invincible or overpowered right from the start.
