Overall its pretty good. I’ve read all of the free chapters available. Would recommend if you want a light read. Suffers a bit of a problem from repetition, and probably needs a beta reader / editor. Theres some inconsistencies in the game world. Some are minor, for instance a one off line about how a person can’t contact the protagonist when they were added as friends—and then a messaging system is introduced between friends in the next chapter. Such inconsistencies are common in any MMO work so I don’t really care. Another common one is the other players leveling. Of course our protagonist is uber op and reaches max level for the tutorial village in a couple hours. Early on, it was established that Drake was one of the top players in the protagonists past life—despite this he was only at level three or four and could barely take down a level 5 or 6 boar with his team of talented players. Yet at the same time, countless players flocked to the level 10 dungeon when the protagonist exposed it. And they didn’t instantly die? Parts like that just take me out of the story personally. The characterization is a bit weak. See Drake’s behavior during the rabbit Boss for an example. Despite wanting to be friends with the protagonist, they also loudly exposed the protags name in front of the various guilds?

This novel is enjoyable to read. It's not quite perfect and certainly has its flaws, but compared to most of the trash on this site, it is actually an adequate piece of literature. There is a reason it is top of the Fanfiction ratings on this site right now. The worst part of the story for me is the filler parts. A most notable example being around 5 chapters being spent picking the MC's wedding ring. Which likely could be pushed down to one. There were times I skipped almost whole chapters because nothing was happening other than characters either reacting to how impossible it was that MC kept succeeding or some other form of filler. The antagonists could definitely make better choices to suppress the MC but it adds a bit of humanity in them not always being perfect. Or it could be seen as the MC having a plot shield. The author would almost definitely get a contract with Qidan (Webnovel) if this novel wasn't a fanfiction. The author updates a lot and seems to have a outline for how he wants the future chapters to go. This is a huge positive, and is arguably one of the best things about this work. The pace that the author drops chapters is insane. Three chapters a day is absurd compared to most writers. The MC's technology knowledge at the start is a bit Gary Stu-ish but it's whatever. I can't speak for how the romance between the MC and the FL is because I skip romance on this website. There was a few R18 chapters but I also skipped those... so I can't verify how they are. Quality of writing is pretty good. There was a couple times where some words in a sentence were incorrect. But other than minor spelling errors it's pretty good. Easily fixed by getting a editor/beta reader. The Author has a nice style of writing that translates really well into reading. Overall, this is probably one of the most enjoyable reads on the fanfiction side of Qidan I've had. I'd probably rate it a 7 or 8/10 compared to most of the stuff on here. On a broader spectrum it's probably a 5 to 7. So, the story is above average. Definitely worth a read. Thanks for the work Author. Don't forget it's alright to take breaks if you can't keep up the 3 chapter a day pace.
