Frag it I can't wait another week for a chapter buuuut since I can't time travel looks like it's time to re-read this series

As far as this story goes it's a pretty good work with enough background info that someone who has not read Naruto could still read this without much issue. However if i had to say the downsides to this series it would be three parts, the first (though not really a huge deal) is the whole bloodline and how Naruto gains abilities not by practice or system purchase but instead by increasing his bloodline which personally i was disappointed with because i was looking forward to Naruto experimenting with trying to find new abilities or to save up and buy new forms. Now my second issue (and arguably a bigger deal) is that Naruto gets exp by interacting with plot characters after certain plot points but the issue with this is that Naruto has maybe a decade or less then of plot exp before it runs out..... What next? Does the system turn useless by the time of Boruto? Finally my last point, the characters. Out of all the characters the only one who acts like the original version is Sakura (and that's because she's just as useless in the book) on the other hand you have Naruto who's an obnoxious ass honestly and i don't really like him (yes I'm aware that the mc reincarnated AS Naruto but he's still an ass), Sasuke is about as useless as Sakura is and Hinata has no brain to think for herself although im kinda hoping thats because it's pre Shippuden but we shall see on the whole, thank you for your time and effort to make this story :)

can i just point out i love the fact that we get to see the intro from light human here as well (the person trapped under the tree)

so i got to chapter 42 when i dropped this and there are three main reasons as to why. First the stepdad, so the stepdad abused the mc and we see him like three or four times in the story before the mc kills him in front of a bunch of cops. Now from the beginning we see that the stepdad abused the mc and when in ch 1 the mc reports the dad to the hospital and police the police do nothing for reasons that are hand waved as friends "because he's friends with the commissioner" but it's hinted that the dad actually has more connections which no longer matters when the mc kills the dad. Now what annoys me about this is that the cops are backing the stepdad up in illegally taking custody of the mc (twice) but when the mc kills the dad....... Nothing happens, cops are paid off and nothing has been heard since, also the author overdid the whole woe is me I'm going to share what has been done to me with my new family. This is fine that mc is sharing but he keeps repeating the same dang thing over and over, the last time he does it is ch 15 his new dad offers up for everyone to go on a picnic soooooo the mc goes and tells everyone AGAIN what he went through with his dad, very frustrating. now reason number two, the last reason i dropped this and annoying as hell. At some point mc goes to cultivation school and proceeds to make it all pointless because he's op in even learning but along the way the headmaster comes along and fronts up a truly MASSIVE amount of herbs to dump in a lake to propel the MC's cultivation forward by multiple stages so that the mc can better protect himself due to being a douchebag, later however mc gets powerful enough that when he goes to school the headmaster who was this calm, proud, and POWERFUL individual just up and for no reason starts turning into this @$$ kisser for the mc to which the mc calls him a coward...... What... The... Fuck!!!!???? Now onto the last reason, THERE IS NO DAMN WORLD BUILDING!!!!!!! 42 freaking chapters in and we know only slightly more about the world as we did at ch 1!!!!!!????? How is cultivation a part of the world? is it hidden from the world? if so why? if not then why did the mc not know about cultivation? Why are there sects and clans in America that appear to have roots in china? does all cultivation originate from china? if so why doesn't china rule the world?? Like i said there is no basic world building. This story is essentially designed so the mc can wave around how he's an unbeatable douchebag thats no better than other xianxia mc's
