to point this out, in the current format, his High Atk would only be applied when he has a seal counter removed, but in Miquella's deck the only way to summon him is with the plot against the serpent which summons him without the seal counter in the first place. Another thing Mogh and Radahn have also have this trend in common their plots summon them but their effects are either useless or their weakened. their not meant to work together but Miquella used them for his plan.

well the focus band makes it so it would make any attack which would one shot the Pokémon reduce it to 1, if the value is already 1 it can't be reduced to 1 so its not effective on shedinja.
