Look this always happens on novels people like "i don't wanna show my powers" but they have already showed 2/3 of their power. It's idiotic (English is not my main language so spare me)

[Quirk: Fair and Square] Description: This quirk gives no body or mind enhancements. (1) The target loses it's ability to use his/her quirk. (2) The target will be buffed or weakened to the point where it has the same stats as the user. (3) Any weapon or defence the user or target has will become ineffective until the fight is over. (4) The power loses it's effects if the target or user becomes unconscious or flee far enough. (5) The battle cannot be interfered. (6) The user can stop his quirk but the effects will stop too.

"What intentions has that guy?" I don't know if it is only me but i find the intonation weird.
