No making to many oc’s and oc arcs is deviating away from fanfiction into its own original story, people read fanfiction for the characters they love. If you want to make different story arcs sure but for fanfiction you should stick with actual characters from the fiction your stories set in.
A/N: Although the story will take place in DxD, a lot of it will be original content. I don't have much interest in following the main plot. Many of the main characters will be here, but for all intents and purposes, this is a fully Alternate Universe with very mild crossover elements.
