if I'm being honest, the premise is good, and the plot is interesting, but I guess the hate is because the mc doesn't have a direction he wants to go to. there's also the fact that the author gave the mc a silent and mysterious persona, but the problem is that he's been given all of this powers, yet he doesn't uses it, and run away or hide from problems, which, for me, destroys the point of him gaining these powers. sure, it's best to stay low-key, but this guy let people attack him, multiple times, make his opponents seems like idiots for doing so, and all he mostly do is dodge them, which, like I have stated before, destroys the point of giving him powers. I get the point of hiding them from famous powerful characters, but hiding them from cannon fodders? he pointed out that he's yet to meet anyone who scares him, but him not using his abilities against fodders makes me think otherwise.

no man, that's a could be explained in terms of "so fast/powerful as if he was holding nine swords instead of three" and the heads and swords are visual effects. but I guess from your perspective, the author also thought that the Sun Breathing Technique also release flames when in fact it's just visual effects
