Great fanfic but terrible mc but good fmc. If you come here and expect a leading mc, this ain't it chief. Instead we have a follower/ naive/ somewhat stupid mc. The fmc was better than him in every way. His hesitation to learn and use his boy shit is ruffling my feathers. Hell, even until the end of volume 2.

The summary is a bit misleading, Grid was not a normal person. Differrent calling keeps getting mentioned in this novel that it became annoying. Megister this, Megister that, Archmage, it's like I'm not even reading Harry Potter at this point. I dropped this when Mc kept calling Albus Dean instead of Headmaster. Another point of contest, Wizards and Witches do not have magical cores, their wands' do. Read this if you like two worlds magic system mashup. If not, you probably should leave this one alone

Why is the magic core a thing? Wizards and witches in harry potter greatly differs from others magic users. The wand has a core, not the wizard and witches.
