The characters have genuine depth even the “NPCs” feel alive, with distinct personalities that make the world immersive not just for the players, but for me as a reader too. I especially love the irony where he never wanted to be worshipped, yet people ended up revering him out of desperation. It reflects something very real about human nature. When people are pushed to their limits, when they feel powerless, lost, or afraid they instinctively search for something greater than themselves to hold onto. Religion, in that sense, becomes less about doctrine and more about emotional survival— like a source of hope, structure, and meaning in chaos. And i think this story captures that tension well: the contrast between unwilling divinity and desperate faith makes the world feel both grounded and deeply human.
