Okay, screw the cover for this novel: total mix-up. It's more of an urban-fantasy type of novel, so no idea why they had the bright idea of friggin Gandalf as the cover was a good idea. Basically, MC has many secrets and is probably somewhat OP/genius, and its like Tokyo ghoul without the ghouls and with other-worldly monsters. Definitely recommended from this batch!

The first thing that comes to mind is Rengar's bone necklace from League of Legends. I'm addicted to gaming, that's for sure.

All things considered, this isn't a bad story. Yet. The cute fox isn't just a brainless pet who follows every word of our MC, either, which is actually pretty cool. We still see its devotion and love for him, which made me smile for a bit. (And did I mention the fox is REALLY, REALLY CUTE?)

Reminds me of Lord of the Mysteries, however our MC this time around is pretty shameless, so there's more gag elements to this than LOTM. One of the most anticipated stories this time around for me.
