There are the messy interactions which relationships can grow from and the messy interactions that exists to be messy and get Everywhere on EVERYONE 😣 Glad to know you're one I can trust for that not to happen 😁

Yea, you are at least writing it with clear weighting - I've read a few where the author has promised 1v1 but then another character comes along and reads like they are the true 1v1 and the main love interest in the summary is just a step on the way to the actual path of romance. I do recognize that a lot of readers do prefer triangles that are really just pushing someone into a corner. Hopefully those that really gel with that trope enjoy the way you write it 🍀
