It’s because it is a Chinese novel. Chinese people introduce themselves by explaining the characters associated with their name as many Chinese words are similar. Happens in japan and i think Korea as well.

The way the story is read is pretty much unbearable. There are some random racism bits put into the story that aren’t needed as well. With the continual bits in the story that switch the meaning of sentences in the next paragraph or misquote stuff. Nah.

Very racist bruh. I actually think the baton is better as they can really crack bones if you swing it properly, and it’s possible to hide it.
