the upgrade requirement being shadow fragments is fucking idiotic and unnecessary, it just made the MC have slow growth and lower strength compare to other divine aspects. Other divine aspects can acquire soul essence from killing strong enemies and absorbing soul shards while he cant get soul essence from killing unless its a creature with the shadow abilities. And at the start of the first nightmare he said its good since he wont have to fight for resources with others but in the end during the war in antartica shards are too much that he just throwing it away, at least make it so that he have other use for the shard aside from selling it.

very slow phase

couldn't the author just describe him as a dragon with scales that shines with 5 colors? instead of looking like a clown dragon seriously im imagining him with colors on separate parts of his body terrible

i really dont like the way the author portrays the MC, we already know that dragons are strong since the first chapter why do you have to keep on repeating it, describing it as rulers again and again its really irritating. im just gonna drop this the MC is like a kid that just got a toy no hint of maturity
