Overlord of law 99 names, 99 different lives. Apollo has been stuck in a reincarnation cycle for hundreds of years. Experiencing total despair in almost every single one due to a mysterious block to his cultivation. Even through all of his reincarnations, Apollo has never been able to break out of level 1. He was considered a cripple by the people around him in every life.
But the 100th life is different. In not one of his lives was he loved. In this world if you did not have a use, you would be throw aside; caste out as trash. But in his 100th life, Apollo felt love from his family. They didn't care he was crippled, they cared for what he was to them, a son and brother.
Feeling the love from his family, Apollo wanted more than anything to protect them. But from within the darkness there is someone pulling the strings, someone paving the way to Apollo's eventual ascension to power.

AN: As this is my first experience writing, the starting chapters are of lower quality then later ones. As I've written this story, I have been slowly making improvements on the writing process, making later chapters much better in terms of writing quality and flow.
