The English language usually contains 26 letters from A to Z, but sometimes & is included for a grand total of 27. There are over 750,000 words in the English language.

The shortest complete sentence is: "I am".

The longest English word is Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. It is the name of a lung disease caused by inhaling ash and dust. This is main reason why I would never try to be a doctor. It just seems impossible to remember all these important terms.

A ghost-word is a word that just exists. They have no real meaning and are just there. One example of this would be dord.
