Resumen

a simple story of my life to give you guys motivation. You must be fed up with your parents right? wanna try to understand them, maybe they'll understand you too.

Chapter 1Beginning and the history.

Finally, I am gonna share some sweet-sour memories of mine with you guys. I was thinking of writing this story for some time but I guess that I got the chance today. I know, we all know that everyone got their own problems from life as well as we got our own happiness seasoned over it.

I hope you feel motivated by the story. enjoy it, more than that I hope you will start understanding your moms after it. By the way, I am her daughter translating it for you.

I was born in a huge joint family with my grandparents their five sons and a daughter. Their two sons including my father and the daughter were married at that time. My father was the second kid in the family but the first one to marry. The first kid was my oldest uncle then comes my father, my aunt, and then three more uncles.

I and my siblings were four brothers and sisters and I was the youngest; the oldest was Shamsher Singh my brother then comes my second brother Harneek Singh, my sister Harwinder Kaur and then me, Gurmeet Kaur.

We all forget 3 or 4 initial years of our life so did I but I have a vague collection of some moments.

My mom was so innocent that ever since I started understanding things I saw my clever paternal aunt taking advantage of her. She always made a scene out of small things. Our family used to have a stiff environment all the time. All I remember is seeing my mother crying all the time. That was because my mother's side family had a lot of bad things happening to them. Even before my birth my paternal grandparents along with their grandson i.e, my cousin died in a car accident. And these were the reasons I grew up hearing cries and mourning. Every time my mother had a fight with my aunt she would faint, and we had to call a doctor to bring her to consciousness.

My sister Harwinder Kaur had to take the burden of responsibilities from a very young age. My sister used to do whole the household chores ever since I remember. Of course, my mother did the chores but most of the time she used to be sick. My sister with the mask of the smile did it all without even the slightest hint of resistance.

{ At those times the main crops used to be cotton crops. So most of our land was having these crops. So they even had to work there. My older uncle had 4 children as well. And younger uncle had one daughter.}

My older sister and my oldest uncle's older daughter had to work a lot. Every day during the mid-day break in school, they used to come back from school and serve everyone the midday snacks and tea. My strict grandfather used to stand by them to make sure that they don't do a mistake. Later after all these tasks, they used to go back to school. Then back from school and do those evening chores.

My grandfather was married in 1947. And he got married on a train. It seems like a lie but if you have the slightest knowledge of that year you will know that it is true. My grandmother was 13 at that time. She was a religious lady. Her guidance is the reason why till today my family is religious. My grandfather didn't use to work a lot. After the partition of Punjab, he got 5 acres of land later my father and uncle made it to 100 acres through years of hard work. (if I try explaining all this I'll have to write another book so let's just see my own story.)

except for the fact that my sisters used to work too much most of the life we spent was a happy one. even before I was fully conscious of my surroundings my grandfather died. we kids had no idea what death is, we were all crying because we were so scared seeing everyone crying. later I was told that he died of overdrinking.

At that time my youngest uncle's son was about a year old. And my second uncle never had a kid.

Later I started going to school and I guess I remember most of my life after that. My second uncle went to live in a nearby city by then. He was well educated and found it hard to live in a village. When was in third grade my second uncle brought me to live with him so that I get a chance for better education. (He himself was childless but treated all of us as his own kids.) He gave me many happy memories and showered me with love. I still remember when I was a 6th grader he bought me a bicycle and taught me how to ride it. That time was one of the best times of my life. It's true that I missed my parents but my uncle and aunt filled that gap.

These happy days suddenly got a halt when I was in 8th class. one mourning at about 2 to 3 policemen came to our house and told my uncle that someone was waiting for him in the station so he went with them. But it was all a lie, actually, they arrested him because they thought he was one of the militants. My heart still freezes thinking about that time. later after one year, my uncle was released. In the meantime, we had to come back to the village.

At the Divenson mansion, she is met not with kindness, but cold, judgmental stares from Hunter’s parents, who make it clear she is not welcome. Her future sister-in-law despises her. Her future brother-in-law’s eyes make her skin crawl. The only warmth she finds comes from a sweet twelve-year-old girl in the household who clings to Maddie like a little sister and makes the overwhelming luxury a little more bearable. Then she meets Hunter. He’s everything she didn’t expect—charming in front of others, but distant and cold when they are alone. Maddie falls for him despite herself. How could she not? His presence commands attention, and his rare moments of gentleness feel like stolen sunshine. But her heart shattered when he told her the reason for their marriage. “We’re married on paper, nothing more. I don’t have time for love. And I can’t love someone like you. Don’t expect that just because we are married, I’ll ever love you. All I need is an heir to my empire.” The words cut deeper than she thought possible. Maddie was humiliated, heartbroken, and trapped. And she made a decision to divorce her husband. But her request jolts something inside Hunter he didn’t know he could feel, the fear of losing her. As she begins pulling away from him, he realizes the truth he’d been too blind to see: he loves his wife. Can Hunter win back the woman he once dismissed? Has Maddie’s love for him truly faded or is she simply trying to forget what she can’t let go? Disguised As A Boy To Attend Belmont High School

Rule number one: "As a scholarship student, you should steer clear of the rich kids." Olive raised an eyebrow. "Why? Because of bullying?" she asked, playing dumb, though her mind flashed back to the scene she had witnessed earlier. "Exactly! You should avoid the school heir especially. Bullying's like a sport around here for guys like him. If you offend the wrong person, it won't end well. Trust me, if you want a peaceful year, just stay out of their way." _______ In a world where social hierarchy and family legacy reign supreme, Olivia Williams, a brilliant and determined student, disguises herself as a boy to attend the prestigious Belmont High School. She's won a coveted mathematics scholarship, but her triumph comes with a price: keeping her true identity hidden amidst the treacherous landscape of boarding school life. Enter George Lucas, the charismatic and arrogant heir to Belmont's legacy, who finds himself inexplicably drawn to "Olivia," the mysterious new student. As they engage in a fiery hate-to-love relationship, Olivia must navigate the complexities of her own feelings, the danger of discovery, and the class differences that threaten to tear them apart. As they delve deeper into their whirlwind romance, Olivia and George must confront the dark secrets of their own identities, the weight of family expectations, and the transformative power of love. But with great passion comes great risk: their relationship could upend George's family's reputation and legacy, forcing them to choose between love and loyalty. __________ Warning: Contains 18+ scenes at volume 2. And trust me, this isn't your regular type of highschool romance. Read it and you're sure going to love it.

High School Again: The President's Secret Lady Boss

“With every hour, day, and month I wait, I love you more.” Here is where the boss submits and the lady dominates. --- "A CEO hitting on a high school girl? Oh, how scandalous, Sir~” She is a sly teenager who likes to tease adults, use blackmail and ruin dates. But beneath that playful facade, she was once a naive heiress who was abused, mocked and neglected. Forced in a loveless marriage, she became even more miserable. For all her life, she tried to be perfect to gain acceptance, but in the end, nobody truly cared for her. Now that she went back in time after dying in the hands of her family, she decided to claim what was rightfully hers. "Hitting on you? Excuse me, who're you again? I don't think any girl would just ruin my date for no good reason – highschooler or not. That's unless you're actually a fan," was what her flirt of a future husband once said in this second life of hers. Though a jerk, this hot stuff has his uses other than being attractive. She needed him to get back on those who wronged her no matter how indifferent he was to her before. This time around, she will take her turn to piss people off while smiling all sweetly. With that in mind, she leaned closer to him and smiled as sweetly as she just imagined, making him drop his smug smirk and raise his brows in surprise. "I'm not your fan – I'm your future wife, you douchebag." --- Winter used to live with her adoptive older brother until her biological uncle and adoptive sister found her. She was a long-lost heiress whose deceased parents turned out to be an affluent and wealthy couple. While people would think that she was very fortunate, all this really did to her was take her freedom away. A whole new identity had been forced on her ever since. Meek and docile yet soft-hearted and hardworking – that she became. Trapped in expectations, Winter worked herself to death in order to be deserving of her position as the successor. Pressured by her family, she had to follow everything they said. Deprived of the freedom to decide, she was forced to marry someone who was older than her by seven years – and worse, a flirt of all things. Winter worked very hard but only to lose everything after her adoptive sister took the spotlight away. Everyone claimed her to be incapable of being the next head of their family business, thus making the adopted daughter the successor instead. Her uncle only used her in the end. This was what they were aiming for all along – to manipulate her and steal her inheritances before throwing her out entirely. Never did Winter expect that the first and last person who would at least pay attention to her at her worst was her husband, Marcellus. Flirtatious and playful yet detached and secretive – that he was. Devilishly handsome, head of a business empire, known for many notable attainments, and chased by beauties – Marcellus is a man of perfection. Not once did he treat Winter like a wife, though. She was nothing to him, and so was he to her. But before she met her eventual demise, he was the only person who tried to help her. Yet it was much too late. The next time they met again would be seven years back in time – where they would be a scheming duo of a bossy high school girl and a submissive conglomerate president. --- [Warning: Mature Content] (Cover Photo Not Mine: Credits to the original artist) - Follow me on Instagram (acieetin) - DM me on Discord (Aciee#1841)
