What Fate Has Brought

This is a story about me. Where we begin the story, I have no name. There is nothing in my memories of love. There has only ever been fear. Alpha. Omega. Beta. The three sub genders after the standard Male and Female. The world I live in there was also a hierarchy between each sub gender except for Betas. Betas would be the normal, everyday, average human. The majority of the gender society. They are not affected by pheromones, and their own are not strong enough to affect others. Betas, like the other two sub genders, can be male or female. When you get to Alphas, you have dominant Alphas and Alphas that are closer to Beta in behavior, called submissive Alphas. Dominant Alphas are more possessive, stronger, and a tad faster than a submissive one. That does not mean that the submissive Alphas are a push over. They just tend to be more on the quieter side. However, no matter the hierarchy, get two Alphas together that are fighting over dominance and the submissive can be just as dangerous as the dominate. Alphas in general are the ruling class now. They are the CEOs, lawyers, world leaders, even the most of the sport professionals and actors. This brings us to Omegas. The lowest class. Though times have changed, the old ways of looking down towards Omegas, is still very much everywhere you look. Omegas who were once only caged and leashed by their respective Alpha as an item and nothing more; are now allowed to work and go to school. The schools still tend to keep Omegas separate from the Alphas to prevent accidents from happening and most places of employment would rather hire an Alpha or Beta. Omegas tend to not usually have a dominant gene in their body, making them easy targets for the illegal trade. The world slangs them as Breeders. Oh, did I mention that the males, who are very rare, can also get pregnant? *Please note I may have uploaded this on my old account under a different name here but no longer have access to that account. As they celebrate upon their victory, a rift opened up in the middle of the boss field and out of curiosity, Aurelius and the rest went on ahead and tried to interact with it. The result was that they were all suck into the rift and arrived in a parallel world. Separated from the other, Aurelius found himself in a kingdom of humanoid creature with animal-like features such a ears and tails and that he himself, is the hero they have summoned to fight on their behalf. Emma, the detective in charge of the case could not find any clues either, it was impossible. Murders kept happening and they even recieved threatening letters, not only at the police station but even at Emma's house. Emma has a husband named Elios and even has a lovely daughter, Ember. Elios was a husband which everyone will dream of; he was everything a woman needed. After many years passed by and Emma still couldn't find the serial killer, the case was closed yet again. But... after the case was closed, Emma's husband went missing and they found him unconcious on a forest. But... when Elios was unconcious for ten days, Emma slowly started finding small clues about the serial murder. She slowly started joining the clues one by one without letting anyone know, not even the other detectives. Many things happened which even included Elios's sister, Ember and everyone around them. It was as if it was a warning from the killer. She slowly uncovered everything and the case was open again but this time their team weren't handling the case and the seniors were but... after some days, the case was handed over to their team again but... Emma knew something which she didn't want the others to know but they still found out about it and... the case was getting out of hand including Emma's private life.

MAN OF THE PEOPLE is a realistic story written by Madhol A Bol know as Jeremiah Madhol Ater. The book describes how different communities have been having bitter rivalry for years due to land ownership and livestock issues. The author details how these two communities have been engaging in wars over the years as the generations come and go but never have they managed to come together to find a long-lasting peace until the time a young man was born. A man was born by two parents who came from these two different rival communities who happened to have married each other when the two communities had a short peace that was cut short again due to some reasons related to their unending rivalry. Despite the challenges from both sides who never wanted to come together, the young man managed to bring the two communities together. He sacrificed and dedicated himself although his life was almost being terminated by the people who never wanted peace to come over the land, as a dedicated man, he managed to achieve his goal. The book is based on non-fiction and it clearly conveys the true image of most of the South Sudanese communities and other African communities who undergo the same experience as explained in the MAN OF THE PEOPLE. The theme of the book is how societies put their interests over the common values that bring them together as a society. Moreover, we also see how one person who cares more about the peaceful co-existence of the society sacrifices to ensure that the differences do not burn the society. There is also a clear indication of how people focus on the past, find ways to ensure that they avenge what was done to them in the past few and not think about what the future has for them. They do go ahead to oppose people who want the best for the community to satisfy their interests. These are what we see in the society we see today and people; like Luong are always there to ensure that things happen the way we want them to be but we never support them, instead, we turn against them.
