A Gap

Orto Prius, one of the sons of the King's Council members.

Since he was born, everyone had respected him because of his father's status in the Council.

He lived a sheltered and pampered life within the walls of the Royal Capital.

With servants of different races serving their family, he learned of different races an roles in society.

However, because of that, he believed that everyone who exists that aren't of his status are just creatures that are supposed to serve him.

But there as one time he fell in love with a commoner.

This girl was gentle and kind to him, just like any other child. She played with him whenever he wanted and would never say anything but praises to him.

However, one day, that same commoner fell in love with a different boy and left him.

While it is a shallow reason for everyone else, to him, that was enough to make him feel betrayed and become distrustful of commoners. Especially towards female commoners.
