Chapter 16 Sun clan Estate

The warden of the Slave silo was known as Xie zhong. Not only was he the warden of the slave silo, but he was also a cultivator at the 14th level of the Dawn tier grade. When his entire clan was destroyed, only he managed to escape with his life when he was 34.

Throughout the years, he increased his cultivation base and created the slave silo, the number one place in the delta province that deals in abduction and slave trading. He had built up his legacy with an irrefutable reputation ad owning the number one slave trading establishment in the Delta province of Arian kingdom. However about a month ago, his reputation was brought to the verge of collapse after two prisoners escaped from his silo and have been avoiding his men ever since.

"Send two Guards with cultivation bases at the tenth level of the Dawn tier grade and have them bring back that little brat. I want him alive, now!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a messenger who was standing there with his head lowered scurried out of the room immediately in fear. His destination was Blackburn city. Warren Xie zhong rested back on his chair while he gnashed his teeth in hatred. If not for those two little pests, his reputation wouldn't have gone down the drain.

Nowadays, business had been slow as the slave silo had been repeated criticized by the other slave trading institutions. How could he not be furious.

At that moment, another messenger barged in through the door with sweat on her forehead. It was obvious that she had rushed here as fast as she could.

Warden Xie zhong was already seething with anger. When he heard someone barge into his office, he opened his mouth and was about to scream, however, seeing the woman who was inside, his anger died down and his eyes flashed with a hint of desire. This woman was none other than his assistant who took care of majority of his personal things. She had a curvy figure with large protruding melons on her chest. Her appearance was relatively ordinary but a leacherous man like the warden didn't care about appearances as long as the woman wasn't ugly.

"Sir, I....."

However, the warden didn't let her finish and interrupted her. With a quick speed, he had gotten off his chair and flashed towards the woman in am attempt to indulge in sexual affairs. The woman was caught of guard and grabbed the woman and directly ripped her clothes off with so little effort.

After which he pounced on her and indulged himself for a long time. The woman however didn't say a word as she layer motionless and allowed the man to violate her to his hearts content. It was obvious that this wasn't the first time this had happened.

The office didn't release any sounds except for the occasional sounds of hot erotic sex and moaning for hours. The dawn tier grade improved physical strength, speed and endurance. When someone has reached the peak of such a level, you can imagine how frightening his or her endurance would be.

After several hours, the warden finally stopped indulging with a satisfied expression, however, the woman had nearly fainted. Put aside the fact that women naturally had weaker bodies, her cultivation base was only at the fourth level of the Dawn tier grade.

After resting for close to an hour, she finally managed to recover some of her strength. Then she changed into a new set of clothes that she had arranged for herself.

The warden sat down on his chair and licked his lips in satisfaction. His mood had taken a turn for the better, meanwhile, the assistant sat finally dressed herself under the gaze of the Warden.

"What did you want to tell me before?" The warden asked her with a burning gaze, his thoughts were not really in his question as he studied the curvaceous body he just came out of again Luke a hungry wolf. The assistant seeing the look i n his eyes ignored it and spoke her mind. Although she didn't mind getting f**ked, that didn't mean she wanted to do it again after she almost fainted the last time.

"I found out the identities of those two who escaped from the Silo".

As if he was struck by lightning, the Warden froze and shock appeared on his face. He had spent all efforts to try and gain insight on where those two came from, however, even with his wide range of networks, he searched the Delta province and still couldn't find an inkling. After his shock, he urged the assistant to continue ad his face was full of curiosity.

The assistant seeing his expectant gaze said nothing more and casually pulled out a poster that she had brought with her. Then she placed the poster on the table of the warden and stepped back two feet. When the warden saw the poster, he was slightly stunned.

This was because he had gotten a sketch artist to draw out what he could from the memories of some guards who had seen the two of them and although there were similarities, the poster the sketch artist drew was greatly superior in terms of handsomeness of the person on the portrait his assistant brought back. Still he could tell that this was him.

"He is the young Crown descendant of the Graymoore family that went missing about more than half a year ago".

Boom! As soon as she said those words, the warden almost fell of his seat and his face had a grim expression. Now he realized why he couldn't find out anything about the young man.

One was because he wasn't from the delta province so the trade didn't take place her either, second was that whoever sold him wanted to make sure that he wouldn't be found, anyone could imagine the consequences if the Graymoore family found out.

However what was the most disturbing fact was that he had actually captured, and pursued the young master of the Graymoore family. This cause him to swallow dry saliva.

In the Delta province, the Slave silo was a big organisation, however, the most they could say was that they were on par with one of the clans in Blackburn city. However the 70% of the northern province was under the Graymoore family's control. His slave silo was nothing more than an ant to them.

His eyes shone coldly as his burning desire from earlier vanishes without a trace. He felt like a bucket of cold water had been splashed on him as he had learnt this.

"Find whoever bought him and make sure they die immediately for putting me in such a mess. As for the boy, make sure he dies".

"I have heard of this youth, they said that he was stricken with some kind of affliction and became the unwanted sheep of the Graymoore family, however his mother is still an important figure of the Graymoore family and she will make sure that she ends us if word of this gets out".

As the warden spoke, fear filled his eyes. He was just at the fourteenth level of the dawn tier grade. The elders of the graymoore family were way above him. He couldn't even fight some of the elite guards themselves. If Lucas ever returned to the Graymoore family, he would certainly seek revenge on them. Even if the Graymoore family didn't want to get involved, someone bullying a family member and a former crown descendant would no doubt humiliate them if word spread out and they did nothing. At this moment, he wanted to erase that youth from existence even more so than before.

............

Lucas was completely oblivious to this. He was making his way to the Sun clan family grounds. This was the place where all the young geniuses who were gathered would compete for a spot to enter the Sun clan.

As Lucas walked towards the open gate, he could see hundreds of people were also coming in as well. Majority of them were just hear to watch the show as this was an opportunity that didn't appear very often. The sun clan estate was big with many grounds, it looked nice and elegant to the eyes of many, but when Lucas looked at them twice, he realized that they couldn't even compare to the walls of the Graymoore family at all. After all, the Graymoore family was what was known as a quasi first rate force in Arian kingdom and could compete with many second rate forces in the Arkhan Dynasty.

Lucas watched the scene as many people of different ages all walked into the estate. At that moment, a loud voice suddenly resounded throughout the entire area. A heavy pressure came from the voice and affected all those who were below the fifth level of the Dawn tier grade.

"All spectators will move to the north area of the Sun clan estate towards the arena. Meanwhile any genius from the younger generation who wishes to participate will move to the east side of the estate to register immediately. The estate will close its doors as soon as the population reaches a thousand spectators".

As soon as the voice finished speaking, the crowd rushed into a frenzy and divided into two separate streams going north and east. Lucas naturally followed the side going east and found many young geniuses following that area as well. While he walked Lucas was baffled. The number of geniuses alone reached 250 as far as he could count. "looks like it won't be as easy as I thought".

Lucas spoke to himself but he wasn't depressed or discouraged. He had finally made a breakthrough in his elementary force and was now a full fledged elementary cultivator. His lightning force had finally stepped into the basic stages and he could now create the speed force to fuel an advanced grade movement technique.

Under the lead of the crowd, everyone gathered at the east side of the estate in a small field. The young cultivators stood there, some discussing among themselves and some standing alone feeling slightly nervous. Lucas was at the back of the herd as he stood with both hands in his pocket and a sword strapped to his back. He wore simple clothes which made him blend in with the crowd.

Lucas closed his eyes as he searched through the memories of the fallen Angel. What he was mostly looking at was martial skills.

Many martial skills he could see were unranked martial skills that the fallen angel collected over the years. In his eyes, these skills were at the bottom of the barrel for him and weren't worth his time. However, Lucas couldn't help but feel excited whenever he saw the long line of martial techniques.

Among these techniques, the lowest was at the an unranked skill at the intermediate level and there was only about five of those. The rest consisted of twenty percent Advanced skills, thirty five percent peak martial techniques and more at the half step spatial stage.

Lucas's shadow clone technique was at the half step spatial stage which was similar to the assassin doppelganger spatial skill. However to the fallen angel, it was just an unranked technique. The reason why he had it in the first place was because it was one of the unranked techniques that could display the same level of a skill at the spatial class.

Many cultivators knew about Basic, intermediate, advanced, and even peak skills. The peak skills where highly valued even in the Graymoore family as only outstanding disciples would be given peak skills to cultivate. Not to mention that, they were few of them as well, not more than over a dozen.

However, only first rate forces and over ranked forces had half step spatial skills. Even then, those forces only had three or five of them at most. However, Lucas was seeing two dozen at most and this was just the first page of the book of sovereigns. Along with martial skills, Lucas also began to browse the fallen angels high alchemy knowledge and weapons crafting experience, he knew that these things would be very useful to him sooner rather than later.

The half step spatial skill, Shadow clone technique was considered at the middle of the other half step spatial skills the fallen angel had gathered, this was because it had special requirements and came along with the first level of the dawn tier grade. However, even the special requirement wasn't something ordinary people could get.

If an ordinary cultivator wanted to cultivate the Shadow clone technique, they would need to be at the ninth level of the dawn tier grade at least to start touching the threshold of the beginning stage. However, Lucas fulfilled the requirement to be able to start cultivating at the first level of the dawn tier grade. That requirement was to possess mythic blood, if not you needed a cultivation base at the ninth level of the dawn tier grade to begin as well as a flexible but strong body.

All the other half step spatial skills needed higher cultivation bases and a rather strong constitution. This was something Lucas did not possess, because he had entered the mirror world, his cultivation base was raised in a haste and his foundations weren't stable, so his body constitution was rather still weaker than people at the same level as him.

This was why he chose an advance movement skill which came from his lightning force instead of a peak ranked or half step spatial skill. The advanced skill he had cultivated to the basic stages could give him speed that was on par with a peak ranked martial skill if cultivated to the intermediate stage. If he had this when he fought that thief the previous night, the last one wouldn't have escaped.

As Lucas was still deep in thought a voice sounded out next to him.

"Hahaha, Gale, I told you that you peasant cultivators are not welcome here, to think that a commoner like you actually thinks he can join the sun clan, what a joke".

The male voice sounded deep and menacing, causing Lucas to turn his head to the source of the commotion. Lucas saw two figures standing opposite each other in the distance glaring at each other angrily. The youth that spoke looked almost 19 and had brown hair with a wretched face. He had three lackeys behind him and he wore a loose robe while standing at 5 foot 2 inches tall. The other youth was almost the same age as he was just 18 years old. However his clothing was much too inferior to the other youths clothing. He wore khaki shorts and a short sleeved shirt and had twin daggers in his hands. The daggers looked kinda crude.

"Leon, you don't have the right to tell me where I can and can't be" the youth called gale dressed in common clothing looked at the other and spoke angrily. This was not the first time he had come into contact with this good for nothing rich kid.

At this moment, a small crowd had gathered around them drawing the almost three hundred youths attention. Males and females looked at the unfolding scene with anticipation. Lucas couldn't help but frown.

"Well Gale, since you are so daring, let me see if you have the strength to back up your words". At that moment, he made his move as his robe fluttered.

.......

At a balcony on the east side of the sun clan, near the field that the young cultivators were gathered, four people looked at the unfolding scene. There were two men, one woman and a young girl. One of the men was old while the other was middle aged. They both watched solemnly as the scene unfolded. The woman on the other hand had an expressionless face, she watched the show with little interest and so did the girl by her side.

"Do you think we should stop it?" The young woman who and a beautiful complexion said as he eyes shifted to the old man.

"No". The old man shook his head with a solemn face. "They need to know what exactly they are getting into, the sun clan has been suppressed by the other two clans for two long. What we need now is young, strong blood to flow back into the clan. Those who are weak are not needed at all".

The middle aged man nodded as he agreed with the old mans words. Soon, that event was going to happen and the sun clan could not lose out of the benefits especially since the other two clans had gone up in full force.

The girl who looked 18 or 19 was quiet, even though she showed little interest, she was brought here because these three wanted her to see if there was anyone that she found would be a threat to her.

..........

As soon as Leon, the robed kid moved, he instantly displayed his movement technique.

"Shark swimming concept". His body immediately moved like he was gliding on water, there were no afterimages but the speed was increased significantly.

"Its the intermediate grade skill Shark swimming concept".

"Oh my God, I can't believe he has even learned an intermediate grade martial technique. The Cauli family are really capable and worthy of their name".

"I heard that Leon isn't even a crown descendant in his family, his is just a direct disciple, but he already knows an intermediate technique. It even seems to be a high grade too".

The crowd was bustling because of the appearance of a high level intermediate grade technique. Majority of these people were people who came from families with similar or lower status as the Cauli family. They were surprised that a direct disciple had even cultivated and intermediate technique.

Lucas had his jaw drop when he heard the crowds ramblings, he finally realized how these people were like frogs at the bottom of a well to make such a fuss over an intermediate movement technique. Unlike Lucas, Gale who was Leon's target had a grim expression. He had only cultivated two basic stage martial techniques. One was a movement technique while the other was a high ranked basic grade offense move.

"Quick scale movement". He quickly cast his movement technique which he had perfected to the mastery stages. His movement technique would be on par with an ordinary intermediate movement technique at the intermediate stages at most. However, Leon was not using a normal intermediate grade technique. Moreover, he had cultivated his to the intermediate stage.

Under the eyes of everyone, they both flashed out and exchanged blows, after the second blow, Gale instantly cast his offensive technique. "Six dagger piercer strike".

Lucas was stunned as this was the second time seeing this skill again, the first time was against the thief that wanted his life. The six fast dagger strikes were avoided by Leon with a grin. His movement technique was definitely faster.

"Not only are you trash, your offense is trash as well, today I will show you the difference between us with my cultivation at the fifth level of the dawn tier grade. After he finished speaking, he drew out a saber from his robe and launched an attack.

"Fifth level, Leon is already at the fifth level". Gale started to inwardly panic. For those who didn't have the skills to back them up, difference in levels were huge, seeing Leon go on the offensive the people standing on the balcony shook their heads.

"What mediocre talent, he only cultivated a low rank skill, an his skills are lacking". The middle aged man said with a heavy frown. If this was what they would see today, then the sun clan might as well not hold the contest anymore. They were looking for geniuses with potential, not potential idiots.

They girl on the balcony yawned from boredom, she would not be here if not for her master, the female by her left. At this point she hated herself for not going into closed door cultivation like the disciples of the middle aged and old man next to her and her master.

"Take my strike, "Three sabers, five flares".

Leon yelled as he thrust his saber forward, he used his movement technique to completely suppress Gale in terms of speed, not to mention he had a better technique, Gale only had a base at the peak of the fourth level. His was just too lacking when it came to Leon who had better support and higher strength.

"Shit!" Seeing the approaching saber strike, Gale spun around and swung his two daggers towards the approaching Leon. He would be severely injured if not dead if he turned his back ad tried to flee.

"Three sabers and five flares, peak Basic grade martial technique" Lucas murmured to himself, to him these guys were nothing more than a joke. As he observed the fight, he couldn't help but feel disdainful towards their lack of skill, fighting experience, and combat senses.

Clang!

The two weapons smashed against each other and the result was obvious. Gale was sent flying and he spat out blood while one of his daggers shattered. His fingers were bleeding and his hands were numb. This scene cause the people on the balcony to feel sorrowful. Naturally the felt sorrowful for the sun clan as the performance they had witnessed made their hearts grow cold.

Gale landed on the floor with a wretched appearance. His common clothes were now heavily damaged. Leon appeared before him with a sneer, he looked at Gale who had nothing but terror in his eyes as he looked at him. This was the feeling he wanted and the feeling he enjoyed.

"Good, Good, now kneel down and kowtow twenty six times and swear to become my dog from today henceforth".

As soon as his words left his mouth, the whole place went into an uproar. He had already defeated him, but he still was ted to publicly humiliate him. Lucas gaze turned cold. Never had he sewn such a shameless person in his life.

"Never, I already lost to you, but if you want me to lose my dignity, then I would rather die!"

His words momentarily stunned Leon and then he laughed out loud like a maniac. The people on the balcony frowned when they looked at Leon, however their eyes were filled with a little respect when they looked at Gale. After all he regarded his honor and dignity more important. It was too bad that he was strong enough, his skills and cultivation were weak.

"Since you want to do things the hard way, then don't blame me for torturing you".

As soon as he finished speaking, he picked up a shard of the broken dagger and walked over to him with a sinister smile. This made Gales face go pale as horror dawned on him.

"No, no no don't".

"Haha, who told you to be an eyesore to me, today you will regret ever being born".

Leon laughed wildly and was stabbed towards one of Gales legs. He wanted to cripple him. However as he was about to complete his stab, a faint whooshing rang by his ears. Following which a swift leg strike landed on his hands wrist.

"Ahhh". Leon felt something land on his stabbing hand and he jumped back in pain. His eyes were bloodshot as he looked at the front figure coldly. He was extremely afraid but when he saw the youths clothing followed by the fact that he was younger than himself he sneered.

"Another peasant, you actually dare to injure me, Leon Cauli, you are seeking death".

Lucas stood in front of Gale with both hands inside his pockets, his gaze was frighteningly cold as he spat out a word.

"Idiot".
