Vampire Diaries 13: Naive and Ignorant

"No! Leave me alone! Please, let me go, Jack!"

I push him as hard as I could but he's way stronger than me.

Jack walk closer and grabs my arm without remembering my power of reading minds. He looks at me and said, "What's wrong with you? You look frightened and... mystified!"

"Don't touch me, Jack! If you don't want to be attacked by a werewolf, let me go!"

I turn around and pull the doorknob until I bump someone. "Ouch!" I caress my shoulder as I feel dizzy and weak.

I sense that it is a strong power that makes me weak and breath heavily.

"Thalia!"

"Valmer!"

Jack steps closer and touches my waist. I don't know how to respond but I see Valmer smirking and nodding his head.

He said, "Nice one, Bro! I knew that it is hard for you to look for a new, fresh and sexy woman."

"Shut your mouth, Valmer! The truth is, Thalia and I are waiting for you and..."

Jack stop and look at the stunning woman standing behind Valmer. She is tall, gorgeous and looks like a Princess of a grandiose castle.

The woman waves her hands and she said, "It's my pleasure to meet you, Jack! Valmer tells me that you look good and jaw-dropping. Well, I will not deny the fact that your brother was right."

While listening to her, I find it embarrassing and disgusting.

A noblewoman shall not give any motives towards a man. It was impeded in my Father's Kingdom and all noblewoman shall conserve the purity and dignity of her own.

I did not notice that I am glaring at her. As if I am ready to swallow her alive and shouting.

Until Valmer said something which catches my attention. "Easy Thalia! Easy! Jack is only yours and Aloha is just making a scene in here! Alright?"

I am about to utter a word but Jack stoop and whispered, "You are the only woman whom I love to marry with. So don't be angry now, you made Valmer and Aloha frightened by your meaningful and wild gaze."

Slowly, he rubs my waist to calm me down. I... feel uncomfortable by his actions but I need to go with the flow as I transmigrated into the vampire's body.

I need to act like I am one of them.

I need to make them believe that I am Thalia, an ordinary vampire.

"Ohh! I'm sorry about that Thalia but I'm telling you, I will never steal Jack from you! I don't either want to fight with a vampire who possesses the strongest power aside from the Vampire King and Lord."

Aloha wink at me. She may be stunning but I could sense something towards her. I don't know what is it, but I am sure that I need to distance myself from her.

She may be complimenting me but I do know that she's stronger than me. And she will never tell herself that she's weak and can be defeated by a typical vampire like me.

Valmer smile at me and said, "Please girls, set aside the quarrel! We have still an important matter to be discussed."

Jack took off his hand from my waist. I can hear him breathing calmly, different from what he was earlier.

"Come inside first! Thalia will prepare our favourite noon meal!"

Aloha claps her hands while Valmer wink at me. They look happy but I am not!

I... I am unaware of what's Jack said. Their favourite moon meal? I don't know about it and...

"Forgive me, but would you mind if I ask your favourite food?"

I am waiting for their response but none of them either answers me.

They are all gaping and glaring at me as if I've said something wrong.

"Why... Why does all of you are looking at me like that? Did I say something wrong?"

One second. Two seconds. Three seconds.

None of them answered me.

Until "YES!"

The three of them said.

I step backwards as I bow my head. I feel like they are all ready to bite my neck and sips my blood until I die.

Jack notices it. He abruptly gave me a genuine smile and tell me their favourites. "Three glasses of fresh blood, three plates of meat. You know how to prepare all of it, Thalia. How come that you forget about it?"

I gulp and look away. I've never thought that I will be a servant in a Vampire's Kingdom.

I said, "Ahhh! Forgive me, lately, I forget things as I feel that I'm a different person." I look down and was about to walk towards the kitchen.

Suddenly, Emilia arrives with an old woman wearing a maidservant's frock. She must be the one who's serving the Vampire King.

Emilia notices the uneasiness in me. She said, "Excuse me, everyone! But, I think Thalia is not a housekeeper for you to ask her to prepare for our noon meal! Right, Thalia?"

I just wish to be vanished and go back to my grave.

Now I understand why the real Thalia broke up with him. He's too dominant and prevalent!

Jack is a King that does not accept downfall and infamy. He wants everything he wants and he will get everything he asks.

Embarrassment and chagrin urge me to bow my head down. I feel like I am humiliated by them but I choose to keep calm and quiet.

Emilia was looking at them but she's compelling me to say no. But, "I appreciate your efforts, Emilia but as an ordinary and loyal servant of the Vampire King. I must and shall follow his orders."

"Alright, shall we?"

Aloha smiles widely without stopping me not to do it. She's way happy than I thought.

My instincts are right. That I have to stay away from her or I will be in the brisk of death.

Valmer did not utter a word but he takes steps forward. He follows Jack who leaves me standing near at the tough and tall door without letting me rest and go.

Suddenly, Emilia whispers to the old servant. I did not hear what it is until I dump again for the second time.

It's not Valmer but,

"Hey! Are you blind?" Emilia asks her.

I hurriedly walk in the middle and I try to stop Emilia.

There's no room for fists fight as they need to discuss something crucial.

"Let her be, Emilia. For sure, she did not intend to bump me."

Aloha rolls her eyes on me and said, "A naive and ignorant woman like you will never win against me."

"Back off, Aloha! You're too assuming!"

Emilia yelled out but good thing Aloha goes inside, smirking and glaring at me.

But I won't anybody hurt me as I will fight with them no matter what it takes.
