The biggest appeal of the game it's the fact almost everything it's based on reality and is always in need of talented people. You are a genius mechanic that don't have the resources to build a spaceship? You are a talented medic that don't have the necessary permissions to make research's? You are a frustrated worker that just want to bar fight? This game is for you! Levels are just threat statics, not barriers, all the real requirements are resources, hard work and curiosity! Humanity is closed in the solar system for to long. Being powered by hundreds of quantum computers the game experience it's guaranteed! ... In 2453 Eric Jones, a Martian who always dreamed of being a great player, but unfortunately, could not get out of normality. Now, at the apex of his career he managed with a certain touch of luck to create a few pieces of equipment and received a healthy sum of money selling the patent's, but still he knows this money will not be enough to became one of the biggest, Eric wants to have a stable and good life, for both him and his family so he is quite unsure of were put the money. Maybe start a company in the real world? Try to make some military equipment in game? Hard choices. But, out of nowhere, Eric's sister is able to finalize a revolutionary project and it becomes very rich! Her project is revolutionary in both the real world and opens a new era for the virtual world! He is very happy for his sister, the weight of bringing success to the family is relieved from his shoulders...But a void in his heart is visible. All the effort to make himself big in the world disappears, of course he's proud of his big sister, but still he's just a normal guy and feels quite out of place at family gatherings. Eric, accept the advice of his loved ones and decide to venture into the new era of Online Universe: The Unknown.
After years, Eric finally check his character looks again.
He spent so much time in the game but he never really cared about paying attention to this type of thing.

Now that he stopped to think he remembers looking down on the people that loose to much messing around with character looks.
He never do that, but he is basically the same level everyone else are. Probably more frustrated.

Eric is actually the son of a South-african father and a Korean mother. They are actually both martians of birth, but this is the basis of Eric's ethnicity.
Eric character. Being a white, short-stature Asian is a minor offense that Eric's past has never fixed. Eric has in the bank a little over D$ 250,000 and less than VD$ 18,000. All the virtual money was achieved with hard work. And real money is what Eric got by selling some patents for objects he created. Although sister wants to give some of the money to him, Eric refused. Still, his parents receive shares of sister's company in his name saying that all the money will be his inheritance. Eric knows they love him, but still he feels weird to accept the money.
Throughout all his life he had the mission to make his parents have a good life, when he finally takes a step forward, suddenly the whole family becomes rich. Eric needs to get used to this new reality, he is definitely not able to make a difference in the company of his sister. But his parents and she are not worried about it. They realized Eric's frustrations and suggested these extended vacations. Moreover, Martians have almost 300 years of life expectancy, enjoying life for 2 years means nothing.
2 years in reality is 6 years in Universe Online. Eric still needs to buy a spaceship...He spends D$ 150,000.
Maybe he's adapting to a rich man's life too quickly.
