1 - Introduction

A tall, pale-skinned, blue-haired boy pushed past the creatures crowding the hall, shuddering and cursing almost everything in existence. He was scared of what the...so-called 'leader' would do to him, if he didn't get there any sooner. Why was he late? Well, he had a run in with one of the elderly ladies that knew his parents all too well, and they had a chat for the last hour or so.

"Zeke!" A sweet, sultry voice called out to him.

Zeke looked up, trying to find who had called him. His blood red eyes connected with another pair of red eyes, but they were softer and blanker than his. Recognizing this eyes, he cursed his fate even more. Nothing like a late day and then meeting up with the woman, who is supposedly your 'fiance'. He walked up to her, putting on his best fake smile.

"Hello." He gritted through his fangs.

"Hi." She cooed at him, resting her fingers then whole hand against his chest, "I was scared, you weren't going to show up."

I didn't want to show up at all. He thought to himself.

"Ah, well, it's my job to attend these events." His head lifted, trying to not look her in the eye.

"Oh..." The woman pouted, softly, "I thought you would have been here for me."

"Beatri-" Zeke started, the fingers that were on his chest had just groped...a sensitive spot.

"Ya know, I missed you, yesterday." She whispered, softly.

Zeke gripped those spider fingers, that were trying to crawl under his shirt, "Stop touching me, Beatrix."

"B-But Zeke." Beatrix whined.

Zeke gripped her fingers, tighter, "I said no."

"Fine." She sighed, "Anyway, do I look good?"

Zeke looked her up and down. Her hair was a perm shape, her bangs surrounded her eyes and covering the bridge of her nose, expect her weird black clown nose. On the left of her head in her hair, she had some red carnations connected on a headband with two silky red strings. Her soft but alluring red eyes were covered by some dark circular sunglasses. Zeke then thought he should have brought some sunglasses of his own. It was far too bright for hai taste. A black collar hung loosely around her neck and under that hanged a white cross. Beneath that was a simple black striped T-shirt. Short sleeves were her choice today. To complement it, was a short skirt with a white silky edge. She had wore some stockings with two garters on the sock part of stockings. On her feet, she wore some simple knee high converses.

"You look just fine, Beatrix." He said, not allowing her to have the satisfying feeling of actually looking good.

Beatrix hummed softly, "Thank you, Zeke. You look quite handsome yourself."

Was he? Zeke stared down at his clothing choice. His color scheme for the day was red and black. A simple black short sleeved hoodie that was connected with some black and red striped long sleeves. On his neck, he had a red choker that was connected to a black cross necklace of his own. He wore some black ripped jeans and black converses. His tail; a spindly crimson wire, tipped with a spade-shape end, with smaller ones running half way up the tail, a little bit away from the end. Looking up, he stared at his horns. The were the same color as his tail. A crimson color. Sharp but not too sharp.

"I guess." Zeke shrugged.

A boy around the same height as Beatrix walked up to them. His hair was a silver gray with white blending into it and was very puffy. At the end of his head, he had wore a black and brownish-red-ish striped beanie. His skin tan, but a tiny bit darker. Some black glasses where the top of the lens didn't have any plastic had hid some soft-looking silver eyes. His outfit seemed like from an anime school uniform. Which would be weird, but it fit from him perfectly. A brownish-red-ish sweater on top of a white dress shirt and black tie. On top of the sweater, was a long black coat that almost touched his knees. Below that he wore some blue jeans. His feet were covered by some brown-ish l-red-ish fluffy boots.

"Excuse me, but it's time we head inside." He grumbled.

Zeke nodded, "Alright, thank you, Khatil."

Khatil looked at Zeke. He looked him, up and down and nodded with a tiny bit of disgust in his face. Zeke's mouth twitched as he wanted to laugh. And he thought he was judgmental.

"Oh come on, Khatil." Beatrix whined, walking up to seduce him, "Can't we have a little fun."

She tried to the same technique with Zeke to Khatil. Expect it didn't work. Khatil was a special case. He gripped the slim fingers that crawling down to his spot and threw them away from him. His expression blank as always. He turned and exited the hallway and entered the off-limits room to those not allowed.

Zeke hugged his stomach as he followed Khatil into the room. Beatrix harrumphed as she was rejected by the Stoic king. But followed anyway. When they had entered the room, it was just...light up. Like a Christmas tree.

Zeke hissed, while hurrying to cover his eyes, "Who the hell put so many lights up!"

"Oh I did!" A cheerful, pitchy called.

"Turn them off." Zeke snarled.

"Oki Doki!" The voice said.

A few minutes later, the lights were turned off. Zeke uncovered his eyes and stared at a demon bunny girl standing on the round table in the middle of the dark room.

The girl dropped down from the table and bounced over to Zeke, "Hi Zekey!"

"Hello, Jada." He said, with a smile that he didn't even have to forge, "You're looking cheerful."

Jada giggled, "Yeah!"

Jada had her blond-yellow hair tied into buns at the top with some square bangs and long, low pig tails. Her bunny ears sat on top of her head, one bigger and lifted than the other. She some circular lenses glasses that seemed a tiny bit bigger than her face. Beneath them were red eyes. Making you think she was a one of those scary white bunnies. Which she was. Her skin was a light pale color, making it very difficult to tell if she was sick. Her nose twitched slightly, as he looked at the rest of her. She had some star clip in her hair, just behind her bangs. Today, she had wore a simple sailor outfit, but instead of blue and white. It was gold and white. A simple white dress shirt with a collar and a gold sash underneath that collar. Her right sleeve was rolled up while her left one was down. Underneath her shirt, she wore a gold short skirt that Zeke believed had a hole in it that allowed her big puffy tail to get out. She also had some thigh high socks. White socks with two gold lines at the top of socks. The shoes she wore were simple gold and white combat boots.

"Where's Mellmis?" Beatrix walked forward, wrapping her arms around Zeke's left arm.

Jada shrugged, "How should I know?"

Zeke looked up at the tallest person in the room standing next to the tinted windows behind the round table. He had a small...frown on his face. He never frowns though.

"Something wrong, Zimbet?" Zeke yanked his arm away from Beatrix and strides over to Zimbet.

Zimbet looked up, showing off his dark green eyes, "I'm fine, Zeke."

"Are you sure?" Zeke looked Zimbet up and down, concerned.

His faded green and white hair was messy in the back, but in the front of his hair was parted. Most of the hair in the front rested behind his ear and the other stands of hair just stayed there. His hair was long and so he let the rest of the hair rested softly against his shoulder. On the side of his head were two long horns that reached up to the sky. He wore a long-sleeved black sweater with a white color on top and a white cross necklace. The pants he wore were a dark blue shade of ripped jeans with a black belt connected to some grey chains. Zimbet wore some black and white combat boots to help the look. Beside him was his white dragon tail that softly laid on the ground. Zeke looked up his face, his skin color was a weird purple shade.

Zeke could never tell if he was a just a dragon. Whenever he had asked, Zimbet had told him, he was just a dragon.

"I'm fine, Zeke." Zimbet smiled softly.

Khatil walked up to them, specifically Zimbet. His hand rested against Zimbet's cheek. Zimbet leaned into that hand.

"I'm fine. Both of you two." Zimbet whispered, while he turned his head to kiss Khatil's palm.

Zeke watched as Khatil's cheek grew a tiny pink. Zimbet pulled Khatil into his arms, smiling a lot more than he normally does with everyone else. Zeke wondered what they were feeling. Was it that thing called "Love"? He wondered what it felt like. Did it hurt? Did it feel good? Did it make you nervous?

"Good evening, Everyone," A deep, masculine, and very irritated voice called out behind Zeke.

Zeke cursed everything, again. He was angry. And Zeke knew it. Zeke slowly turned to look over at the person who had just spoke up.

A man stood at the front of the round table, with a creepy smile. The man had blue messy hair that was tied up in small high pony tail. on his forehead, there were long, sharp, gray demon horns. His skin color was lighter grey than his horns. The color of his eyes were purple and his pupil was a black skinny diamond shape. Some of his hair covered his right eye. he wore bandages on his upper arms and lower arms and a open black long coat that had no sleeves. Under that coat is a white dress shirt that open a tiny bit, showing off some chest. Accompanied with ripped black jeans and knee high black and white boots.

"Care to tell me, why you're all so late today?" The man asked.
