Traveling Through Worlds With A System

*Bang* Everything went dark as I got hit by a truck that drove through a red light trying to save a girl from getting hit.

Let me tell you about myself. My name is Rin Atsumaki. I am 5'11, I have a small but nice build. I have dark black hair and eyes as dark as night. I have a decent job and live by myself in an apartment. My parents died in a car crash when I was 19 years old. I am now 22 years old and live a normal life except for the good deeds I regularly do.

I have only 1 friend that has stayed with me through my life. Her name is Sylvia. She has been my friend since my childhood and we have always lived close to each other. We are very close and tell each other everything. There is one thing I've been keeping from her though, and those are my feelings towards her. I've had them for as long as I can remember but have been too afraid to tell her.

Getting back to what's happening, the girl I saved looked back and saw who pushed her out of the way. She stared at me for a while before her eyes shone in a gold hue. I woke up surrounded in darkness and I instantly knew I was dead.

I sat there for a little while before I remembered Sylvia. I thought to myself 'I should've told her about my feelings, I hope she isn't sad about my death too much.' As I thought that, I saw a light in the distance heading towards me at an impossible speed, before I could even think, I was inside an all white room.

This room isn't too big, about the size of a normal bedroom. As I looked around, I saw a girl sitting on a bed staring at me. As I was confused, she said "Rin Atsumaki, killed by getting hit by a truck trying to save someone. You have done many good deeds, like donating to charity and bringing toys to orphanages."

Before I could even ask her anything she said "Thank you" quietly while looking down hiding her face. Getting over the shock of what's happening, I finally noticed what she looks like. She is 5'4, with a very petite body, She has golden yellow hair down to her waist and blue eyes as light as the sky.

I looked at her and asked "What are you thanking me for?" She looked up with a hint of red on her cheeks and replied "You saved me from getting hit by that truck." My eyes widened at the realisation that she was the girl I saved. As I calmed down, I asked " If you're that girl then how are you here?"

She smiled brightly as she stated "Well that's because I'm God." I was surprised and thought 'I didn't know God could be a cute girl like this.' As if she can hear what I think she blushed when I thought that.

I asked her "So what were you doing on Earth then?" She answered "I wanted to go see this world for myself." When she said that she looked down and said "Sorry"

I understood what she meant and comforted her by saying "It's alright, everybody's going to die someday..." as my voice trailed off my eyes shone as I looked at her. She noticed and looked at me curiously. I asked while looking like a little kid with admiration in their eyes "Are you immortal, do you live forever?" She giggled while seeing me wait for my answer. She answered a second later "Yes I do live forever and I watch over all the worlds."

"That's awesome" I said to her. I calmed down and asked an important question "Did you only bring me here to thank me?" I looked at her with a questioning look. When she heard me she seemed to remember something important. She looked at me and said "No, as compensation for saving me and for all the good things you did in your life, I am going to give you a gift of 3 wishes and a tool to travel through worlds"

I was shocked by that and asked "Why would you give me a tool to travel through worlds?" She replied "I went through your memories and learned about something called anime and found it interesting, so I decided to let you explore those worlds.

I was extremely happy with this, as I was an avid anime and manga fan and enjoyed watching them as they got me through my childhood and through the hard time when my parents died.

Getting past that, I thought about my wishes. After some thinking, I decided on my first wish "I want a system like in those novels with Missions, a Shop and Gacha that I'm able to get anything from" She looked at me and said "That wish can be granted but you will have to complete a Main Mission to be able to go to the next world. This is only limited to worlds you haven't been to. This means once you go to a world and complete the quest, you can go back and leave it anytime you want."

I accepted that and said "That's fine with me, as long as I get those features." I thought about the second wish for a while but couldn't think of anything at the moment so I asked "Can I save these other 2 wishes for another time?" She replied with "Yes, you can contact me through the system when you want to use them." I nodded.

The Goddess said "You can choose your first world out of three easy difficulty ones but first let's bind the system" as she said that a screen popped up in front of me that said [Would you like to bind system to soul? Y N] I clicked Y on the screen and then the screen disappeared and appeared in my head.

[System binding 1%... 2%... 5%... 12%...]

The binding kept going and it reached 100% a few seconds later.

As it said that I felt the system in my soul. It's hard to explain but it just felt like it was a part of me. I knew the binding was successful because of that.

The Goddess looked at me and said "Now it's time to choose which world out of these three" The system popped and said [Beginner worlds available 1. One Piece 2. Naruto 3. The Seven Deadly Sins]

Before I chose I looked at the Goddess and asked "Will I be able to come back to Earth?" She stared at me for a little bit, then sighed and said "Yes you will be able to come back and see Sylvia again" I stared at her seriously and said "Thank you for allowing me to do this" She giggled a little and said "You are a good person and you saved me, it's the least I could do." I nodded before choosing the world I wanted to go to, The Seven Deadly Sins.

I looked at The Goddess again and said "I guess this goodbye" she laughed and said "What are you on about, we'll see each other often in the future, and I'll stay in contact with you. That's it for now and call me Alesia. See you in the future." She said as she waved bye to me. I looked at her and smiled. Then I teleported into a forest and fell because I landed on the ground. I got up, looked around and said "Well, I guess this is the start."
