Chapter 35 Return of the strongest human

" I can't believe it is you. I mean I only saw your statues and pictures in Justice Hall. They said you were M.I.A after the defeat of Darkseid."

Oliver replied looking at a tall man with a sword and libra sign on him. He was standing in Justice Hall, looking around him with curiosity while attracting other people's attention since he was one of the most popular heroes on the planet, showing unrivaled power that even stood against the aliens and the world's greatest hero- Superman.

" This place is too messy. We will move to Watchtower and talk there."

Martian Manhunter said, gesturing him to enter the portal room. Arthur complied with his request and teleported to Watchtower where his hologram with other founding members stood in the hall. He saw quite several people there, looking at him with excitement and curiosity.

" Wow, I never thought I would meet you in the flesh. Hi, my name is Wally West aka Kid Flash."

Wally instantly ran next to him, extending his hand with excitement. Among the heroes, he idolized Arthur's vision while following Barry's footsteps which meant he was one of a kind.

" Wally, what are you doing? Hello, sir. My name is Artemis and I am sorry for this idiot."

Artemis bowed, giving a fist on his head. She was already nervous when she heard she would meet the greatest human, yet Wally ruined her perfect introduction.

" Ah, I don't mind it. I quite like bold people because courage is one of the main pillars of the heroes."

Arthur laughed, patting their heads. He was already tall enough for the most of JL members, so he easily towered this young adult even if they were in their 180s or 170s.

" Ahem, sorry for my idiotic friend. Long time no see, uncle."

Dick coughed, smiling brightly because he was taught by him in his free time. Hence, he greatly respected Arthur who had the greatest martial prowess in the world, even surpassing big names like Batman, Ras Al Ghul, Sportsmaster, etc.

" You have grown up, Dick. I remember the moment when you were talking about creating a team."

Arthur patted his shoulder, showing his appreciation towards him. Among the young generation of heroes, people like Dick were rare since most of them were broken by the tragedy of fate.

" Enough for chit-chat. We will welcome him in the rest area since we don't have much room."

Bruce said, motioning them to follow into a big area where the newest heroes waited for his arrival. He was sure Arthur would see through their intents and potentials since he was the wisest among the heroes.

Bang*

The colorful sparks appeared as the heroes celebrated his return, indicating a new era of prosperity was approaching.

" Oh my gosh, I am a huge fan. My name is Courtney and I have your notebook here. Please sign on it."

Stargirl said with excitement, pushing the notebook and pen to him which made Arthur in a difficult position.

" Stop it, Courtney. You are making him in a tough position. Ahem, my name is Tim Drake. I was saved by your charm that you left to Bruce."

Tim spoke politely while looking at him with blazing eyes. He knew Arthur was the role idol among the heroes due to his being realistic and heroic. Although he respect both Superman and Batman, each of them had their obvious weaknesses while Arthur had no practical weakness which made him the ideal model for the development program of JL.

" Ah, you must come after Dick, but why are you wearing a different uniform?"

Arthur asked, not knowing the facts of the heroes' families which were created after his disappearance.

" Well, there was another person before me, and the current Robin is Damian Wayne who is the son of Talia Al Ghul and Bruce Wayne."

Tim reported, pushing Damian toward him. Arthur carefully seized him up as he saw the shadow of Bruce from him. He knew Talia, but she didn't matter to him because he saw potential in every Robins in the area.

" So, you are that infamous Future Knight who fought head-to-head against Darkseid. Surely, you are tall."

Damian said lightly, showing his arrogance and detective skills which amused Arthur. He was an exact copy of Bruce and he respected Bruce.

" Haha, I like you. I must let my eldest son meet you since he can teach you one or two."

Arthur chuckled, licking his lips.
