"Since this concerns security matters, it's best to renew the permits every two years," the king's assistant insisted.

"The cost of permit renewal is too expensive to cover," Ethan said again. "Your Majesty, do you know that the funding from the Arkwright family and the Magic Tower is not substantial enough for this project? We still don't know how the public will respond in the future."

"While the survey results show that many people want this to happen, it doesn't necessarily mean they will regularly use the service," Helena added. "Your Majesty, shouldn't we consider the long-term impacts on Altara's economic progress before focusing on the benefits to the kingdom?"
