The Vigilante life

It was dark, though not dark enough for me to be unable to see. I was walking through an old alleyway a few blocks from my apartment. As I slowly made my way to the entrance of the alleyway. Right as I got to the end of the alley, I saw heroes looking around and turned around then slid under a trash bin. After a few minutes, the heroes entered the alley.

"I swear I just saw someone over here!" one of the heroes began with anger stitched into their voice.

"Maybe you were seeing things. I mean we've been on patrol all night mate." the other hero says calmly to the angry hero. "Maybe we should start heading back." They continued speaking after a short pause.

The only response the hero got was an "mhm" from the other and they started out of the alleyway.

After a few minutes, I emerged from under the trash bin. I reached up to my earpiece and held down a button then said, "Nightwatch here, I'm heading back from patrol Aura you should probably do the same, so you don't get caught" After I finished talking, I let go of the button again.

 Only two seconds later I heard Aura say "Copy, stay out of sight of heroes" I almost laughed at that but contained it.

Then I proceeded to reply with "Too late I almost got caught a minute ago."

Not even a second later Aura screamed over the communication device "You idiot! You know the rules of patrol! You're going to get a slap on the wrist when you get back!!." There was a short pain in my ear after that, but I ignored it.

Then replied, "Aren't you breaking one of the rules by yelling." In the calmest voice, I can without laughing.

After a few seconds of waiting, I hear Aura say in a tone filled with annoyance "…Shut up Nightwatch." I giggled lightly at the tone.

 In an evened-out voice, I say, "Okay see you at base."

 "See ya then…you pain in the butt." my only thought process when Aura said this was let's mess with them for a bit before we stop talking while I'm a good and safe distance from their claws.

 So, with that thought process the very next thing I say is "Okay bye your royal buttress."

Afterward, I heard "I'm going to kill you" which is the exact thing I wanted to hear.

So, without any hesitation, I shouted, "Not if I kill myself first!"

 "Then you're doing my job for me." I smile then think 'Sharp as ever I see Nora.'

My response "Either way I have done my sole goal in life, Bye!" not another word was said.

So, I took that as it was time to change into my villain outfit from my vigilante outfit so, I did just that. Afterward, I climbed up the firewall to the roof. then started jumping from roof to roof. About two minutes later I jumped down from the roof landed on a light post then slid down the light.

Walked up to the base and then entered the door. Only to see Aura staring at Tomura with a blank expression. Tomura had a face that suggested he was deep in thought. While the body was made of purple mist, Kurogiri was cleaning the bar counter not even paying them any mind. I finally decided to speak by saying "What are you two idiots doing".

Aura shrugged "Nothing much, just questioning somethings." She said as she took a bar stool and sat down. 

"And what are you questioning?" I say with intrigue.

Aura looked at me and said, "Why do you need to know?"

Kurogiri looked at us both "Now, now girls, no need to fight about the small things." I held back the urge to punch Kurogiri then sent him a glare.

My mind was screaming to tell him off by saying 'Boi I'm not a girl I'm nonbinary' repeatedly. Instead of telling him that I said "Whatever."

Aura looked at Kurogiri with a glared at him then said, "Night is nonbinary, ok?"

Kurogiri nodded, "Ah, yes, my bad." He spoke softly.

Tomura looked in our direction with an irritated look "You're all annoying, Kurogiri, I'm going to bed." He said as he stood up and walked to the stairs.

Kurogiri nodded "Have a good night young master."

Then Dream burst through the ceiling saying, "What's up?"

Kurogiri looked at Dream "Why do you have my phone, Dream?"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTHS!!!" Tomura yelled in anger from upstairs,

Aura covered her ears from the noise before she looked at Dream, "You uh…pissed him off."

Dream nodded "That was the point." he said laughing in between each word.

I just ignored the two as they were talking after that, so it was just a muffled sound for me. I walked behind the bar. I opened the minifridge, grabbed two strawberry Milkis, and closed the fridge. Then walked out from behind the bar while saying "Hey Aura, catch" I say. I think about it then throw over a strawberry to Aura. they caught it and not long after that Dream tried to reach for one of them, but I smacked his hand and said in the most sarcastic voice I can muster without laughing with a straight face "Did I say Dream" he opened his mouth to reply but I beat him to it "yeah that's right I didn't I said Aura's name not your name dream." I hear Aura starting to laugh, and a sniffle from dream so, I leave Dream alone for now. "Hey Kurogiri, I'm gonna go home, ok," I say, as I'm grabbing my bag "Aura do you want to come with me and Dream please fix the ceiling thank you." Aura grabbed speedily the bag and followed me.

"Ok see you two later," Kurogiri spoke as we left.

Dream just grunted annoyingly and said "Bye…"
