Abby breathed out, feeling a weight lift from her shoulders as she processed Remo's words. "You had sex with another woman, Remo," she stated, her voice steady despite the turmoil raging within her.

Remo shook his head, his expression pained. "I didn't have sex with her, I just... was with her," he explained, his words trailing off as he struggled to find the right way to articulate his actions.

Her brows furrowed in confusion, Abby jerked her head back, her mind racing to comprehend what Remo was trying to tell her. "What?" she exclaimed, her voice tinged with disbelief. "I thought you were... wait, what does 'you were with her' mean exactly?"

As Remo sighed, running a hand over his wet head, Abby felt a surge of relief wash over her. Despite everything, he hadn't gone all the way with the other woman, and for that, she was grateful.
