"John pass it to Nick!" the coach yelled on the field. John passed the football to me and I head to our home logo, making a touchdown for our team. The people went wild and started cheering my name. The team came and put me over their shoulder. Cheering and shouting girls funding over me.

One problem that no one knows except my parents and my best friend.

I'm a girl.

Yes, full-on boobs and vagina, it's been like this since I went to middle school and boys saw me as one of them. The girls start to cling to me like magnets to a refrigerator. I know you're wondering 'how they did not notice a girl on the team?' I am the team captain on this team no one wondered why I changed by myself. They never thought about it when I told them to get out. They had me on their shoulders as the girls were trying to get to me. Causing me to fall to the ground. I started laughing as did everyone else. Matt and John helped me up and patted me on my back.

We went into the locker room and the coach called me into his office having me close his door. I stand there with my hands behind my back I've been playing football since middle school and no one has noticed that I'm a girl. I don't mind it. We're all the same except guys have dick and girls have vaginas. I mean it wouldn't matter after high school I'm a senior so playing for most of my life was a fun sport for me.

"Yes, coach?" I say breaking the silence.

"You played wonderful tonight, you brought us, yet another win," he says as he wasn't looking at me. He was facing his blackboard. Where is he going with this?

"Sir, the pleasure is all mine it is my last year here and I plan to make this year an unforgettable year for you and the other teachers," I say smiling at him.

"That is so nice of you…," he paused still not looking at me.

I feel like there's something wrong here and he hasn't the slightest pride in me anymore as if he's disappointed in me. " Sir, did I do something wrong?" I ask.

Right now isn't the time to talk we'll talk about it tomorrow, for now, go celebrate your win, Nick," he said breathlessly.

"Yes sir," I say and leave his office.

I close his door and everyone is looking at me. I smirk and yell, "Come on boys let go celebrate our victory!" hearing the shouting and yelling of excitement from our victory. Yep, this is my life and this is my family.

When the coach left us the boys started to leave but Carter. "Will you hurry up Nicky Jesus." yes that is my best friend it is a guy and he's on the football team with me. "Oh shut up carter you take longer than I do in my room," I say and get dressed but kept my wrap on my chest. Putting the guy shirt I have and jeans on. I grab my socks and shoes and my gear and get out of the bathroom.

I stuff my gear into my duffle bag and put my socks on. "Really," Carter said to me. I gave him a confused look. "You're toes, Nick, why did you paint them?" he said to me. I blush and say, "My nieces came over and wanted to paint my nails and I said id leave it on for the day." I say.

Carter sighs and shakes his head, "What am I gonna do with you." I chuckle at him and throw my duffle at him. I put my shoes on and tie them. I get up and walk over to him. "So where the party this time?" I ask.

"Uh, hold on," Carter said digging into his pocket and getting his phone. "As I thought it's at Matt tonight you really should make friends with the team instead of just having me in here like it's a normal conversation." He finished and I was at the door.  "Yeah, yeah, yeah, Mr. I-lecture-because-you-know-im-right guy. Look I'll tell them when the time is right. I just don't want to get kicked off the team right now I want to finish my high school year in football." I say. He just sighs and nods.

"Fine but you should tell the coach. He'll be angry that you never said anything till the last minute." He said. I nod and go for the door. I look around. "You go catch up with the guys I'm gonna put my bag in my locker I don't feel like taking it home today," I say he nods and hands me my bag. He runs out the door and I put my duffle in my locker. I hear the bathroom door open. And see a wide eye Matt staring at me. My mouth drops open as I stare back at him. "Y-Your a girl?!" He exclaimed. I rush over to him "Shush you, idiot," I say to him worried that someone is gonna hear

 him from the outside.

"But yes. I'm a girl I've been a girl." He stared at me shocked. But then pointed at me. "Prove it!" I sigh and look at him. "How the hell do you want me to do that?" I questioned. "I don't know it's weird finding out my-our team captain is a girl. Does the coach know?" He questioned.

"No! No, no one knows except my parents and Carter. And now you." I say sitting down. I really should have told the coach when I first started playing football.
