(This scene opens with Femi shouting as him and Fredrick are in Fredrick's office talking).

Femi: Fredrick, Fred. Fred. Fred! Hey!... God!

Fredrick: Why are you shouting we are in the office.

Femi: Who office epp? Oh... but no the thing is sweeting me oh, it is sweeting me. Fred you know this is why I hate you, this is my problem with you.

Fredrick: What did I do now?

Femi: What have you not done. You are just a stingy and selfish man you know ba? Look at you, no, no just look at you. Your boy is sitting here, both of you see each other every day, he has not even done dates... but you, you have dates... with many s', many s'. Fredrick: I'm serious, nothing. We kissed and after the kiss she ran off to her room.

Femi: Ah, e don happen, pemperepo. Wo itriss finished. Okay before I go on and exaggerate, what about this morning. Like is there a particular time she comes out and that changed.

Fredrick: Yeah. She wakes early in the morning to go for a run. I never miss her before going to work but I haven't been able to catch her at that time recently.

Femi: Uh, really e don happen, pemperepo. (In a Yoruba ascent). She is avoiding you. See me hailing you finish only for the whole situation to end in tears, omashe o. (It's a pity). But really bro, I think it's nothing. I think you should talk to her.

Fredrick: But her avoiding me is it not a bad sign.

Femi: Na I doubt it.

Fredrick: But why would she?

Femi: Calm down bro, you are over thinking it. Have you stop to think that she might not feel comfortable about this because you are her boss. You know how this word is and how people are, the next thing is she is this and that because of her boss. And you told me that she was like in charge of the restaurant where she worked which means she is doing very well for herself. This is the 21st century and you know how women are these days, being all about independence and all this their feminism things and she doing well already proofs her independence, ergo she wouldn't want it to be otherwise or to be seen otherwise. Point is, talk to her, both of you need to talk, before you will now do your own and say it was Femo that told you so, now blame me for things going bad.

Fredrick: Why would you end that great advice with this kind of senseless statement. Those were the best 30 seconds of your life.

Femi: Um, look at you, that's back to what I was saying before. Fred, Fred. I need your blessing. See why I say I want to be like you when I grow up.

Fredrick: Why are you talking like you've never had a girlfriend.

Femi: Can you imagine, he doesn't understand me again, he has pass my level. His wisdom level has pass my own. We are loyal sir.

Fredrick: You and who are loyal, guy what's wrong with you. (Laughs).

Femi: Oya come and bless me Fredrick. Baba o, touch me touch me. (He carries Fredrick's hands and places them on his head). Um, baba o. Yes I can feel the anointing flowing, I can feel the girlfriends coming. Oh, I see them in their multitudes.

(He continues as Fredrick continues smiling, then laughs).

Scene 15b

(This scene opens with Anna dressed in her sporting attire. As she is putting her ear-piece in and is about to enter the living room, she sees Fredrick on the stairs and she turns back and rests her back on the wall. He is on the phone with his back faced to her and she peeps twice to see if her is done with the call. As she is still waiting, Jennifer comes and stands in front of her and she yelps but not loudly and they begin to whisper).

Anna: Jesus Jennifer what are you doing here?

Jennifer: I could ask you the same thing.

Anna: Well I'm not supposed to be in school. Where did you come from?

Jennifer: The kitchen. Dad's back was turned so I took the opportunity only to meet you here.

Anna: So that's why you are not in school?

Jennifer: (Smiles nervously, then gives a tight smile, then smiles broadly as she talks). I won't tell if you don't.

Anna: Girl, get your legs to your classroom now!

Jennifer: (Opens her mouth and attempts to speak then Anna beats her to it).

Anna: What is your problem, I said get your legs to your bed room now.

Jennifer: I thought you said so too. (She turns around and leaves. Two seconds later she comes back again). He is gone. (Then she leaves and Anna breathes a sigh of relief. Jennifer comes back again, poking her head out behind the wall). And oh, everybody knows you guys kissed (Anna gasps) but we are not supposed to talk about it, just pretend like we don't know what's up but we do, so. Yeah.

(She leaves again, leaving Anna a bit shocked. She shakes her head then leaves too. Anna is shown jogging back to the house. As she takes a turning to the street leading to the house Fredrick comes out too and starts jogging next to her as he taps her. She gets startled and stops).

Anna: Lord, what is with people and scaring me today.

Fredrick: Sorry, not the intention.

Anna: It never is. (She continues jogging and he follows beside her). Well um, um good morning sir.

Fredrick: Morning Anna.

Anna: I thought you had gone to work.

Fredrick: Yeah well I had to talk to someone so I went to jog instead.

Anna: Okay sir.

Fredrick: So it's sir now. No more sir Freddo. You know I never thought you could be this calm and quiet, it's like you don't even live in that house anymore. I didn't know a kiss could do that to a person.

Anna: What is it that you want sir?

Fredrick: First, that you stop calling me sir, like just sir without the Freddo, I like it. And you have been avoiding me, why?

Anna: I have not been avoiding you, I've just... been busy.

Fredrick: Hmm, busy... okay why don't we just skip the whole it was just a kiss thing and then you say oh, it was just a kiss huh, and then I try to explain myself and be like it's not what I mean and on and on till we argue. Let's just skip it and get to the part where I go back to be sir Freddo and you the crazy Anna. Huh? There's no need for things to get weird between us, besides it's something I want to repeat. (Anna looks at him). My daddy told me honesty is the best policy.

Anna: (Hides her smile). Do you know that everyone knows we kissed? (She stops he stops).

Fredrick: As a matter of fact, I do. The house was too quiet, more quiet than it used to be before you came. But so? They have done it or are eventually going to, either way they will have the experience. (Anna laughs). So let's skip this faze huh?

Anna: (Is quiet and looks at him then smiles). Let's. (Fredrick smiles broadly and she rolls her eyes then she continues to jog. He then jogs behind her and is smiling). Okay you are smiling. You are behind me and you are smiling, come jog beside me. (He laughs loudly and goes to jog beside her). See that's better.

Fredrick: My eyes beg to differ.

(They continue talking as they jog).
