Coming of the Blue Moon

Dàinn's POV

I walked down the streets smiling to myself like a complete fool. There was something about Cassiel that made me feel extremely comfortable around him. Though it was my first time at a stranger's place, well not a complete stranger, I never felt this welcomed anywhere before.

No wonder the younger ones really like him. I walked towards the mechanic's shop as guided by Cassiel. I smiled again recalling his endearing reaction when I had called him that. His doe eyes grew even bigger in surprise making him look extra cute. Upon reaching the shop, the mechanic handed me my keys and took me to where my car was parked in all its glory.

"Thank you!" the man in front of me bowed in respect walking away towards other cars. With that, I started the engine, finally taking routes to my house. It sure was a long day but all my tiredness seemed to have vanished.
