Her Birth on Yokai Island.

Yokai Island a nice big Island filled with only Yokai. No Humans ever dared to step foot here for fear of being killed and eaten. One could find all types of Yokai from the small Kappas to large Ryu Yokai. Each Species Had One Family that was in charge of them all. For the Kitsune or Fox Yokai Lady Yori and Lord Juro is who they looked to for leadership. As it was they had many Kits the oldest being 120 years who was of course the next to rule the Kitsune,Shiro. all in all they had 19 sons and with an expected 20th on the way, due today. Lady Yori had been in labor for a few hours , her sons and mate waited with the rest of the Fox Yokai outside the birthing hut. the moon was high in the sky and everyone looked up to witness something very few had ever seen, A Luner eclipse. Just as the eclipse hit its peak a small cry was heard as well and gasps. Lord Juro looked worried for a moment then his mate called for him. Running into the hut he smelt something odd, his mate handed him the crying bundle and he took a look. His new son was a HUMAN ... no wait his first Daughter his long awaited princess was human . Juro quickly yelled for his eldest Son Shrio to grab the Elder Minoyama and Bring her to him. Within Minutes Minoyama was in the hut and looking over the infant.

" There is nothing Wrong with your Child, though human she has some power humming deep within. It's rare but not undocumented that during some eclipses humans are born to Yokai with rare powers and hidden blessings." with that said Minoyama walked out of the hut. Lady Yori smiled down at her Daughter.

" Be she Human or Yokai it matters not darling she is our little princess" Lady Yori said

" That she is my Love. what name will you Gift her?. " Lord Juro asked as it was he named all their sons so it was up to her to name their Daughter.

" Her name will be Suki. meaning Beloved ." lady Yori watched as her new Daughter yawned and fell asleep.
