When I awoke, I heard an unusual sound.

I heard a dog barking, yep.... I heard a dog barking.

It has to be Browny...

I immediately awoke and looked around.

Rin was still sleeping next to me and Browny was barking at her.

I'm not sure what Browny is trying to say Rin, but I'm guessing it's asking her to wake up.

The sunshine inside the tree house suddenly vanished; it was almost as if someone had entirely blocked the tree house's entrance.

Without even turning back my head, I realized Dearg was standing at the door's threshold.

Dearg said, "There's nothing to worry about, Rin has almost recovered her life force, she may wake up anytime." I was relieved when Dearg said.

Browny was staring at Dearg and barking nonstop.

It's only natural; Browny had never seen somebody so large, and his appearance also does not fit with any humans, so I can agree with Browny for the time being.

But it's strange how animals are so loyal and brave; when I first encountered Dearg, the only thing I thought about was an escape; I never considered standing up to him.

I am weak, weaker than Rin and Browny, who both stood up to Dearg without fear of their lives, while I just thought about running, I am miserable.

All of these things make me cry, yet sobbing will not make my weakness go away.

Dearg approached from behind and kept his palm above my head and Browny when I was on the verge of losing my mind.

It seemed comfortable for some reason, and my mind felt at ease.

Browny, to his amazement, likewise stopped barking.

Dearg stated it was time to go get some orbs.

Don't worry, Dearg refers to the fruits as orbs for some reason.

It must be for the ritual of transferring the life force from the fruits to Rin.

We both decided to collect some fruits and began walking toward the fruit tree. Dearg noticed that I am not as fast as he is, so he now walks slowly to match my speed, and he also does not jump as much when we are both together.

Browny followed us; he was unusually quiet. I'm not sure why Browny stopped barking immediately when Dearg placed his palm on its head.

He doesn't appear to have stopped barking because he is afraid of Dearg; instead, he appears to be accustomed to Dearg's presence.

Dearg caught my attention because he was walking while gazing up at the sky, and I could tell he was a little disturbed.

I reasoned that he must be waiting for someone he mentioned earlier, but I couldn't figure out why he was so unfortunate.

I couldn't help but question, "Why are you worried?" and "Who are you waiting for?" because I couldn't help myself.

Dearg gave me a "sigh" sign as he looked at me. I'm not sure why he appears dissatisfied.

I simply asked why he is concerned and who is coming; there is no need for him to be disappointed.

Dearg asked, "Do you see that floating rock?" with his big claws pointing to the sky.

I looked up at the sky, but I don't see any floating rocks; first and foremost, how could a rock float?

So, I replied Dearg angrily, "There are no floating rocks up there, and don't make fun of me if you don't want to answer my question."

Once more, Dearg pointed to a portion of the moon that was visible during the day and questioned, "What do you name them?"

"It was called Moon," I said.

Dearg said that's what he meant earlier when he said floating rock.

The moon is nothing more than a floating rock! I'm not saying it's not rock, but how can you call the moon just rock? If the moon is referred to as a "rock," what do they call Earth - "boulders"?

I continued my question, "Why do you point to the moon?" with a shocked expression on my face. The floating rock, precisely

Dearg responded to my question once more with a different question.

He asked me to recall what I used to do when I was bored when gathering fruits.

I tried to recall what I do when I'm bored when picking up fruits, but I don't recall doing anything out of the ordinary.

With a playful smirk, I told Dearg that I couldn't think of anything interesting or odd.

Dearg stated that when I am bored, I usually pick up some dried orbs and toss them.

Now that I think about it, Dearg was correct; I do that occasionally, but it's nothing noteworthy, and I'm astonished by Dearg's attention to detail.

These are the words of Dearg. "The one who is coming to this planet enjoys playing; she seems like a child; to be honest, her appearance resembles your life form; however, don't condemn her based on her appearance or juvenile conduct; she is far more destructive than you realize."

I don't think he is exaggerating things, because just now he called the moon a floating rock, so if he is saying that she is deadly, I can't even imagine how much powerful she is.

We eventually arrived at the fruit tree and began picking fruits; Dearg instructed me to gather a little more than normal, and he also mentioned that Rin might wake up after this life force transfer.

There are no words to express how joyful I was when Dearg stated these words.

As per Dearg, I picked more fruits than normal.

I asked Dearg, "Why did he point to the moon? How does that relate to the one coming?"

"For you, it may be a moon; for the one who is coming, it is nothing but a rock; just as you used to toss orbs when you were bored, she used to throw rocks when she was bored." In other words, your planet and the moon are both just rocks in her eyes."

My body instantly froze upon hearing these words, sending goosebumps down my spine, and the amount of sweat I produced as a result of my dread made me look as though I had just showered. I came to a halt and dropped every fruit I had grabbed from my hand without noticing.

"Earth is nothing more than a rock!" Does she enjoy throwing planets? "It has to be a joke; how could someone do that?" What happens to the inhabitants of that planet? What if she destroys the Earth in this manner? What will happen to us? What becomes of Rin?

How could someone be so cruel, I screamed at Dearg without having thought. What happens to the people of that planet? So, what is the worth of life?

Tears welled up in my eyes; why had Dearg referred to someone as so dangerous to Earth?

Dearg began walking without saying anything, as I stood there unsure of what to do.

Dearg turned around after a short way and declared that he will not let her destroy or play with this world and that he will defend me, Rin, and Browny.

I'm not sure I'm relieved to hear that, but it's better than no hope.

I stared at Dearg with a sad expression on my face, my face already drenched with tears...

He approaches me and says, "He is not as strong as the one coming, but he knows her better than anyone."

He also mentioned that she is childish and likes to mess about, but she is also one of the most intelligent entities in the entire void. So, if she discovers something interesting, she will not destroy it aimlessly. So that he is confident that there are just too many intriguing things on the Earth for her to consider destroying.

I'm not in a position to say anything at this moment; the only thing I can do is wait and see what happens.

The only thing I need to worry about now is Rin's health; it's been two days since we left the village, and I'm sure everyone is worried.

Browny, as usual, was playing with the broken branches, and I wished I could be like him.

Dearg looked straight at me and warned me not to do anything in front of her, that I should only open my mouth when she asks a question, she may appear juvenile, but her pride knows no bounds.

After hearing this, I simply nodded and began gathering the fruits I had dropped before.

Dearg waited for me to finish picking up all of the fruits.

We both continued our walk toward the tree house after picking them up.

Browny ran ahead of us and entered the tree house; we heard a barking sound, and when we got close to the tree house, Browny came out wagging his tail again.

Dearg suddenly ground to a standstill and urged me to go inside the tree house, saying he would join us later.

He placed the fruits outside the tree house and told me to take them inside.

I was wondering where he was heading in such a hurry then he suddenly made a great jump and went inside the woods.

I decided to enter the tree house.

I dropped the fruits once more as soon as I stepped into the tree house, leaving me speechless.

"Rin was awake..."

Rin was awake." You heard that right... Finally, after hearing so many dire predictions, some positive news

However, I don't think the good news will last much longer since just as I was beginning to feel like I had some good news, there was a massive explosion outside.
