"What did you mean that she nearly died?" Gerald asked as he stood up because he couldn't believe it.

"Oh, now you pretend that you care, huh?" Liam asked his tone full of mockery as he stared at his friend.

"Let me tell you something, if I were to choose between you and Aurora, you should always know that I will always take her side. Also, don't think that you can treat her any way you want just because she doesn't have a family to protect and back her. The Parkers will always be behind her!" Liam said coldly while Gerald tried to understand what he was talking about but to no avail.

"Can you please tell me what happened to her?" he asked humbly as he really wanted to know.
