Fruit of Infinity follows two rich, sassy, and obnoxious girls. They look down on everyone, in their own distinct ways. And are as cruel as f**k. From literally stepping on servants, to lighting them with fireworks, for the laughs. To make things worse, they stumbled upon true power: a dateless Entity called Infinity, that'd existed since forever. This Entity gave them his power and said. "Make your world interesting for me... I'll be watching." These cruel, pompous ladies attained a position, setting them among the pinnacles of power in the entire universe. Now that they have this power; the world's gods, warlords, devils, and angels have never been so looked down upon. Their goal, now, is to destroy 15% of the world, in order to spare 85%. The earth literally exists on their whim.
To certain individuals who are aware, the Universe is a playground. It is like what Humans would call, "a Reality show". It is Entertainment for truly mighty and cosmic beings.
In a certain pocket dimension, someplace in one of the universes, there stood two all-powerful, tyrannical Individuals of the same race; myself and another. Before us was a little child who resembled a mortal. The incomplete dimension had tall, jagged mountains; grassy grounds, and a shimmering, large red lake…
This child we found was seemingly frolicking with the grassy ground, but that was far from the case: she was, in truth, engaged on a high-level sorcery. The two of us—I and my partner—came to defeat this little girl. However, things didn't precisely progress the way we planned…
*
We were known as "Spartamilos." We were beings surpassing gods; considered mighty even among the truly mighty. Spartamilos did not possess nor require specifications like gender and hierarchy, like the mortals do—we were all born at the same time, and we all looked the same. Except for the colors of the rough scale-surface covering our abdominal region, which made differences notable.
My scale surface was deep blue, incidentally.
Even though I say "scale" surface, it bears more a resemblance to rocks, rather than lizards or fish scales.
Nonetheless, it covered some parts of our flesh here and there, like scales.
The Spartamilos were giants in the midst of insects, and their flesh were made up of a thick, green substance which no weapon or attack could intercept. I had a partner, who naturally bore features likened to mine; but a deep, crimson rough surface differentiated him from me.
(Spartamilos don't have gender specifications but let's proceed with "he" when referring to them, for clarity's sake).
Just me and one other Spartamilo were what remained of a decently populated world, filled with different powerful tribes and War lords. All because we, the Spartamilos, were instigated by an ultimate, and absolute, cosmic being called "Infinity."
He made us war with all races native to our universe. I don't think he wanted us to consume the entire dimension's worth of life, however, but we were just being extreme.
Allow me to explain:
At one point in time, a young mortal, not even a decade old, came to us; he called himself "Infinity." At that time, the Spartamilos were all docile and still questioning our reason for existence; why we were born?
We were born few some centuries ago. And then, only a few race rivaled ours in strength, so we had no concerns about enemies attacking us suddenly.
But Infinity surprised us—he suddenly attacked without warning. He resembled the young lads of the mortals that lived quite far away from us, in fear of our might. So we underestimated him, naturally. We paid him little concern, but not until one of our own was destroyed. Then, we came to understand he was, indeed, powerful.
A severe and chaotic battle between the entirety of us and Infinity ensued. Infinity—who was genuinely the size of a stone near the riverbank before our visage—soundly defeated us. And we even lost some of our own.
It felt marvelous. We that surpass gods with only our birth? We that make devils and celestials flee in terror of our gaze? Defeated by this twig of a mortal? A mortal?!
He overpowered about 100 of us and slew 7; we didn't even know that death was possible for Spartamilos till that day.
I, myself, sought to attack him when I saw an opening. But from where he stood, I could see fragments of Spartamilo's limbs scattered about. For the first time in my absurdly long life… I felt dread. And of course, I received my own share of pounding, unable to even put up a decent clash. The truly powerful of us were all dead, the first seven. Infinity targeted them all.
After his victory, with a satisfied smile, he urged us to go about warring and triumphing against the other races, in order to get stronger and exact our revenge someday.
We did just that. Though, I believe we overdid it.
We became enemies with every lifeform in our dimension. We destroyed their lands and territories, possessions and chattels, then absorbed their very essence, in order to grow stronger. We continued until only we, the Spartamilos, remained.
It was quiet, the world. All the wars had ended, all the gods and devils, dead. Though, we didn't find Infinity in the mortal residents, we won… was what we thought. But our strength was not there yet. We felt that our power still hasn't scratched the surface of Infinity's. Assuredly, if we faced him again, defeat was certain.
So, in order to achieve our new-found ambition—which is to defeat Infinity—we started fighting and absorbing each other; to decide who shall stand at the top. And for sure, that last one standing will attain power like no other, and they shall carry the will of the entire Spartamilo Race to battle Infinity.
We cannot truly be blamed, honestly; we didn't have anything else to do.
All the Spartamilo fought against each other, until, two remained. I and one other.
Expectedly, we fought to see who would succumb.
Everyone wants a chance to strike Infinity. He was our goal and obsession.
We used every skill, ability and technique in our arsenal; including all the talent we could fathom, just to cause the other to yield, but to no avail. We canceled each other out, perfectly, and there was no reasonable progress. Therefore, in other for us to keep an eye on each other, until one lets his guard down, we banded to seek out Infinity, together, leaving our desolate world behind.
After a ridiculous amount of millenniums spent attacking and absorbing powerful races—and alien forces from other dimensions—we grew mightier than before, even adopting some of their traits like, tresses and tails.
Needless to say, my hair was a flowing deep, blue. And my partner's, a flowing crimson flare. Our tail resembled those of the reptiles in our former world. As long as us, and served as a good weapon.
THE ZONE
Then we found it: a type of "zone," a point in the universe that was truly empty and barren of life and void.
Is this the end of the universe? The universe which infinitely grows? We surely have come a long way.
Given that Infinity's essence could be perceived over the Zone—Although, it was faint—we went hither, as our entire races' goal depended on us. We ventured onward with absolute confidence we were going to defeat Infinity, in the name of the Spartamilos.
…We found not, Infinity, but twelve cosmic supreme Beings. In essence, they were comparable to Infinity, and bore a resemblance to the entire universe itself.
Like a band of universes that took perceptible form.
Though, even if I say "form," to our eyes, they were shimmering lights of forces, painted in the void that makes up a universe.
Are they here to stop us? Maybe because we're treading this uncharted area, perhaps…
But what I and my partner both understood was; If they refused us passage, we wouldn't turn back without a battle. Even if it's them—twelve beings, each one, far more powerful than us.
