Cain's form shifted as he adopted his gargantuan seventy-five-thousand-meter dragon form, his towering body dwarfing the Blood Monsters before him. Since this would be a true test of power, it was clear that the best path forward was to face them in his strongest state, where his strength, endurance, and vitality were at their peak.
Without hesitation, Cain dove forward. As soon as he was within five thousand meters of the creatures, the Blood Monsters attacked, lunging toward him with unrestrained killing intent. Their eyes glowed with a malevolent light, and their grotesque forms moved with surprising agility.
