Some allies abandon Xialdre, while those who stay gain the power to challenge even a demon lord. Those who left remain weaker in comparison, having forsaken their bond with him. Though his loyal allies may become his wives, Xialdre refuses to coerce their loyalty; he seeks true devotion without manipulation a second time.
