Note: Cover picture is not mine, if the creator of this picture wants it to be taken down just message me. (Author's warning; This novel might be quite graphic in words as I would use curse words without mellowing it down. Possible R-18 in the future with some degenerate stuff too and a little bit of gory bits too so if this is not your cup of tea then don't read this. Might do also include Fan fic elements but we'll see how I develope this.)

Cozy sleep

"So what do you think of this place?" Ashea asked as she laid on a floor with fur skins and pillows made with coyote leather stuffed with soft terror bird feathers. She looked at the two girls who were in their comfortable wear, they did have a set of change clothes in their bag. They all didn't take out their tents as they were crude and only made for quick packing up.

"I don't know, he seemed really nice to me. He even gave us these high quality beddings. Even if we are sleeping inside this cave it feels cozy and insects are absent too, maybe it is the torch cause it made the room smell aromatic." Rhean snuggled on a bolster that was she now felt was her favorite.

"This is Giant Elk hides, Blood furred coyotes skin, Curved-beak Carnivorous Bird feathers and even some horned Rabbits. Rabbits aside, the rest are Gold ranked with the Blood furred coyotes as a Lower Gold Rank. There are furs also look new to me but this just shows how strong this man is." Brendel looked at the many precious materials that she is currently sleeping on.

"I know, this hammock is made from the soft bark on a young Gold rank material Springy Tree. To make this hammock this wide and long means he had harvest about a hundred saplings. Now I'm sleeping on a hammock that could buy a whole town, can't believe such a nice person exist here in this dangerous place." Kent looked blankly at the thing he was sleeping on.

"This place looked primitive but the wealth inside could very well buy two small cities, if you count that staff with the Jabberwok's Eyes and the body of the Berserkong then this guy could buy a small country too. There's still that underground tunnel where we haven't seen yet." Ashea was feeling there was something else she forgot about.

"That wine flask he gave me was also great, If it were me I could sell it for about 10 Platinum coins each." Rhean still dreamt of that robust fruity taste of the wine she drank.

"Really, coming from the little drunk nun? Then that means you owe the guy money." Ashea laughed as she soon saw the flustered expression of the little girl.

"Huh? Didn't he give it to me first?" Rhean panicked as she barely had ten plat-coins on her savings.

"But he signaled you to drink a small part of it, not the whole flask. hahahah!!" Ashea laughed as she saw the lost and panicked expression of the little priestess.

"I think we owe more than that, I now remember what we had just drank for tea. It's the Midnight Spring Herb, I found it familiar earlier but since it was dried I couldn't tell much. But now I am sure, my spirit has recovered and it's currently developing into the next stage right now. Lord Yarrid is indeed right, we got enough time to plan out our exit to this continent." Kent weakly smiled as he felt his power is increasing in a visible rate.

"Holy shit! The Platinum Rank Herb? Damn that'll cost us about thousands of plat-coins to buy that in the auctions. Oh I can feel it too!" Ashea was shocked as she felt her magic reserves started to improve.

"We now have found a safe shelter but how should we find our way out? Asking help from our saviour? I think we owe him so much already that we should not impose even more, let's tell him tomorrow we must leave." Brendel felt her power rise up too but she was already ashamed she is enjoying this stuff for free.

"But why can't we try to convince him to come with us? He seemed lonely here, he might have also been here for years seeing how strong he is. It must seem like a sad thing to think being here alone with no one to be with. And it seems like we are the first ones he had met that looked like him, wouldn't it be sad if we suddenly left like that? Can't we stay for a langer while to plan things out?" Rhean showed a sad smile when she thought of what this Young man has experience here to be this strong in a place full of monstrous beast.

The other three also realized this fact and thought that even if they lived here in their teenage years then they wouldn't last a month living here. Brad would be flattered if they thought this way but he was just lucky he woke up in this uninhabited cave except for glow worms.

"We could try tomorrow but now I can't think properly right now as my spirit is improving really fast right now, maybe I could run to high platinum rank this might." Kent then closed his eyes and focused on improving.

"Me too. Let's talk about this tomorrow morning and see if we could get more ideas for our stay here." Ashea then closed her eyes to try and have a good night's rest as well as improve their magic levels.

"Good night." Rhean's bubbly voice sounded out as she too went into dreamland.

"Night." Brendel was also dozing off.

[In the underground kitchen]

Brad on the other hand made himself busy as he was excited in trying to make as many kind of food with the ape meat. Wines, jerky, ham, dry hanged, pickled and many more. He worked tirelessly in the kitchen cause he knew he would be energized by the tea, he had found that herb on a small spring ten kilometers away from here.

It was a spring that was hidden on a cliff side and the herbs reminded him of tea leaves thus he brought them back and sundried them for two weeks before trying it himself. It then became his favorite tea from all the various things he had made into tea. Brad made various mixes of wines from fruits he discovered on an area full of fruit trees.

None were similar to any Earth's fruits but he did find something like paprika, ginger and even olives. He made many things with the fruits but he didn't frequent often there cause there are violet furred apes dangling there from time to time. Maybe that was the area of the large gorilla so he steered clear, but now that it was dead then maybe Brad could scare away those apes.

He smiled as he worked with no signs of fatigue, he now rarely rest as he found out his endurance has improve greatly drinking the Elk-dick wine he had made. His mood is also happy as he now met new people in this place, he has now hope of finding someone to live with. Brad smiled at the possible future he could have in this world, but first he must learn their language.
