Chapter3:The escape plan

No matter how it hurt I kept moving.I crawled to the window and got the delivery uniform and the mask.My legs were still sore from the beating but my only chance to escape was now.I waited till sunset then got dressed.I then took some pills to keep me steady for a while.They would buy me time till I got out.This time of the night, delivery was brought here and so it was a plan itself.

After several struggles I finally got up and moved.Although I stumbled over and over it was worth it.I could not believe my eyes after seeing the main security gate.I was finally a free woman again.Just as I was about to be checked,the prison alarm went off.All gates and doors were locked.Damn!It had to be now.They had realised I was gone.I began sweating,fever and tremble crippling me.My feet could no longer support me.I could not believe it.

I was so close to getting out.I was this close.Cursing inwardly,the police officers began walking towards me.

My heart racing and mind thinking of a plan.For a moment I thought I was going out but now my mission had turned to prison break fail.I tried to keep calm as they questioned me.I almost lost balance but I had to keep up because the siren would be off in about 5minutes if my counting is accurate.I was just afraid they would ask me to...

"Excuse me but can you please lower your mask?"One of the officers requested.This,confirming that my fears were becaming reality.My heart began beating rapidly.I contemplated between running and lowering and none of them were safe.It was game over just as always.
