Speechless for his survival

Izuku can’t talk anymore after a traumatic time with the yakuza, but he’s save by some heroes, one being Aizawa. What will happen to our green little boy? I don’t want to put to much information here, but this fanfic will treat about scares, bruises and abuse (all in the past but I might do flashbacks, if so I will warn before, but it shouldn’t be too much too for the people that can’t support reading things like that.) Definitively Dadzawa so those supporting our fav sleepy teacher, you’re welcome. Izuku gets something that looks kind of like a quirk, probably from the abuse.
