The party was already in full swing when she arrived. The person who promised her an invitation was late.

She clicked her tongue, feeling the irritation again from waiting outside the venue just to get a damn invitation to this party.

"Invitation please."

Tiffany smiled at the man in black tuxedo, standing at the door. She pulled out the invitation from her purse and handed it to the man. The said invitation is not bigger than a credit card.

She watched as the man scanned the code at the back of the invitation and right after handed it back to her.

"Enjoy the party, mademoiselle."

Tiffany held her chin high as she took back the invitation and let her thumb run over the embossed name of the company on the front of the invitation.
