The Founder vs. The Artificer

"What little game are we adhering to this time?" Engr. Xenakis complains about such a petty excuse from Mr. Smiley's whim.

"I call it King's Betrayal. The game's rule is pretty simple, like roulette, it will decide to one of your colleagues or shall we call it pawns as a formidable enemy except for the king since he will decide either which he will deal the traitor or one of his pawns to counterattack. That will know how strong your allies will be.

"So it's like a test run for machines, right Xenakis-kun?"

"Well, like the usual, I will be the host to roll the roulette. The simple explanation is done. Are we set now, everyone?" Everyone agrees as the roulette wheel rolls along with their names intact, pointing at Engr. Xenakis was startled by the fact he was chosen by the roulette.

And with that, the little game started, Mr. Smiley teleported Engr. Xenakis at a place known as the White Room. He was somehow brainwashed and started acting strange, he was filled with extreme bloodlust and euphoria. Professor concluded needs a plan for this matter.

"So, who will you choose, Founder?" Dr. Sneer asks Professor Cthulhu as he deeply ponders about who will challenge him.

"I will handle him myself. Just carefully watch, everyone." Professor Cthulhu tells everyone, but Mr. Shady stops him.

"Boss, let me handle this. I think what suits your opponent will be me." Mr. Shady tries to persuade him to not do the heavy lifting of this fight.

"No, I have used one of my abilities called Parallel Consciousness. It foresees all my present selves to find their future written in their minds and give it to the alpha source which that's me.

And I see no future for my colleagues dealing with him. Now step aside, I'll deal with this matter myself." Mr. Shady steps down at Professor Cthulhu's way and decided to watch the death match rather than opposing one's resolve towards him.

He gets to the White Room and faces the deadly Artificer known as Engr. Xenakis is one of the cataclysmic entities out there in this world, and now time runs thin. "If I won this silly game of yours, what's in it for me?" Followed by a fierce gaze at Mr. Smiley, the Founder seems to be in a mood for malicious deeds. Mr. Smiley answers with esteem towards the founder,

"If you somehow win and survive my little game, I'll let you pick which district I'll be fighting against. Good luck." Continuing the fight with the Artificer, he talks to the Founder with an eerie voice and intimidating look.

"Are you done now, Professor?"

"Yep, now how do you want to die?" He gestures his hands as he talks to the Artificer,

"That's a bit sinister, Professor." He takes a launch as near as possible at the Founder, facing all his alien-like tentacles at each portal with his unrealistic large blade connected to his arm.

As the Founder dodges each attack, it took less than a minute for their close-ranged fight to last this long, the Artificer had calculated all his attack patterns and concluded another attack.

He lunges and swings his blade faster than before at the Founder's body and forces him to back away. The Founder takes a step along back to breathe from that fast fight, but the Artificer launches many missiles at him as a distraction as chasing the very flesh of the body of the founder but he releases black spikes to counter each missile as he makes a comeback with a response,

"For a minute there, you were impressive swinging that blade. Are you making this easy on purpose?"

"Don't worry, I haven't gotten serious yet. Death Laser at 0.4% intensity." Within 0.2 seconds, he releases a powerful laser conductor that will implode everything at the sight of the target.

Professor Cthulhu sends many tentacles from the abyss to cover him with the laser but it barely holds the laser. He continues to release each laser at him in every direction, "Increasing intensity by 1.24%."

As each of their fights turns into a fiercer and much harder to hold the intensity of the implosion coming from the laser, Knowing all of the risks, Professor Cthulhu must try and hurry before he loses in termination. But, it was all according to plan, somehow the Artificer feels weaker than before.

"What did you do to me?"

"You have used your energy supply for at least 52% and additionally, I made the SK Virus in my blood into the air that consumes too much life force upon your human body when inhaled so it is obvious who would fall first. You've underestimated me, Xenakis." The Founder fully explains as the Artificer trembles, but alas he laughs hysterically at the Founder.

"A passive skill? You haven't even used one of your abilities and yet you defeated me. Well then, I'm beat but Professor Cthulhu, I haven't fallen yet." With all of his malice, the Artificer uses all his energy supply to self-destruct and could destroy even the world but it won't end since they are in the Blank Room.

The founder has no time left to defend and so it explodes. It took at least less than 5 minutes of this fight. As they wondered who won or maybe it should be a draw, the fog clears, and sees the founder almost dead.

His half body was disintegrated by the explosion but he was still alive. Then, a bunch of portals from the abyss opens as the dark roots were crawling and connecting to the founder, Mr. Smiley was enthralled by the results, they have gotten stronger that it took less than 5 minutes to finish and clean up. 3 days have passed since the game started, and Professor Cthulhu was healthy as time passes by.

He dreams of a certain memory, a time when he first constructed the skyscraper. Sudden airships arriving to aid the time-consuming project called the SK Foundation, he appears.

An old man who is both a genius individual and a coldblooded killer. After reviewing his world domination, Engr. Xenakis conquered over 45% of the world but he was defeated by Mr. Smiley himself.

Many things were erased from that timeline but surely, his old age was the only one that hasn't changed, Mr. Smiley made him into a 14-year-old voyeur. As bonding with him, it was hard for Dr. Wicked to be with Engr. Xenakis.

Everyone has their reasons why they want to be stronger. He wakes up from a dream at 7:08 pm, as he was about to gaze at the surroundings, he sees Mr. Smiley standing in front of him saying, "I have arrived at the right time, didn't I?

"What are you doing here, Mr. Smiley?"

"I am here for the results of the battle, how is the fight with you and the Artificer known as Engr. Pablo Xenakis?"

"I have to take responsibility for his death." Looking down from what just happened was inevitable since it was arranged by Mr. Smiley himself.

"Aren't you satisfied that you even conquered the Artificer?"

"Aren't you satisfied to give me the death of my colleague?!" As the Founder is about to release his anger and throws him a glass of water, he sees the Artificer once more in front of his eyes.

"Don't worry, I can even go against death himself just to bring back my words, remember? I don't allow death amongst you all, just domination, excluding death." Professor Cthulhu remembers his words very well.

"Why is he younger than usual." Professor Cthulhu asks.

"Well, he is in his 10th age. Aren't you glad that he is alive? Here you go, I've swiped some of your photos, Xenakis." Pablo Xenakis seems to be happy with both the high technological blueprint and some sexy photos of girls, "I'll give you some toys to play with."

Mr. Smiley gives some spare parts that he could arrange and make some beauty of machinery into good use. "As you can see, even at its darkest couldn't be able to swallow of what's left of the light." Spare parts that were given to a 10-year-old kid turned into a robotic flower that feeds from the energy of the light, only a talented genius can make something beautiful.
