First Job Oh The Carnage

Once Sephiroth was able to talk to the information broker that was called Zero, he learned that the underworld was always looking for people to do their dirty work or protect them from others and they didn't care who you are as long as you are powerful because strength is all that matters in this world, especially the underworld.

"So little guy, I just got a job that came in not even 30 minutes ago. If you don't mind killing a lot of people then this one would be perfect to set up your reputation and the pay is rather good for the work, so what do you say are you in?" Zero asked behind his counter while he read the information about the job.

"Seems easy to me, what's the address of the place and I take it with no survivors then?" Sephiroth asked not even worried about most likely performing a massacre on his first day in this world a man's gotta eat you know and he is above stealing.

Zero nods his head "Yes they mention where they are based and stated that they will all be there tonight actually for some kind of meeting of some kind. They wanted this whole gang wiped off the face of the earth. The gang you are going after are the Latin Kings, they have been causing problems for the mafia and they want them out of the picture permanently."

"Consider it done, I'll be back in a few hours then. I would like a safe place to live and any information that you have a reliable clothing shop that can make me a custom set of armor for myself. You can take that out of the pay that I'm getting tonight Zero." Zero nodded to this happy to help because something like this is easy for him so it is basically free money so he didn't see a problem with it.

Sephiroth then bid farewell and made his way slowly to the address he was given, he still had a few hours till the meeting time and he was currently hungry so he used what little money that he had from Zane to eat at a local family restaurant. Quickly filling his stomach and paying he left the restaurant and made his way to the nearest alleyway and then took off into the air and made his way to the address.

Once he finally arrived there it was just starting to get dark and he landed himself on a building nearby, he noticed that the meeting was taking place in a factory warehouse near a harbor. Which was a good thing in Sephiroth's opinion meaning that there would be no witnesses so he didn't have to kill more people than what was necessary since he wasn't getting paid for it.

While waiting another hour or so the meeting should have started by now and that means that everyone that should be here is inside already. "Now how should I take care of them all, based on what I know of quirks trying to fight them all in melee combat could be dangerous against me because there are some weird quirks out there that could stop or even kill me. I know exactly how to start this off and whoever survives will meet the end of my sword." Sephiroth smirked when he thought of the spell he was going to cast to kill the majority of them in that warehouse.

Channeling some mana and casting one of his favorite spells called meteorite, he put just enough mana into it so that it would only engulf the whole warehouse in an explosion and not wipe out the whole harbor.

Once the meteorite was created and hovered in the air, Sephiroth pointed it at it's target and watched it fly ready to kill dozens if not hundreds of people in that building. Once it made contact with the building a massive explosion took place that engulfed everything around it forming a deep crater where the warehouse once stood.

"Now let's see if any of the worms survived the meteorite spell." He said as he flew to the crater he just created and to his surprise there were a dozen or so people that survived the spell which impressed him because it should have caught all of them unprepared so he was curious how those people were able to get through it.

"Well the hell was that who attack us" someone yelled

"God damn it my men"

"All Dead just like that"

Who the fuck attacked us and why"

"When I find who did this there going to wish I hadn't"

"Revenge for our friends"

"Death to whomever attacked us"

Sephiroth heard a lot of yelling and cursing from the survivors but he didn't pay them any mind because they were going to die soon anyway so why care about what a deadman says to you.

It was then that one of the gang members looked up and saw Sephiroth flying in the air like an angel of death. "Look up there is someone flying above us, he must be the person who attacked us." this person yelled gathering the rest of the survivors attention to look up all of them sending a death glare to Sephiroth but he just shrugged it off like it was nothing because it was to him at least.

Once everyone looked up the ones that were able to perform long range attacks and sent several projectiles at him in the air, "As if mere insects could harm me" Sephiroth simply slashed down all the projectiles sent at him.

The gang members didn't take this well and put some more fear into themselves seeing how he was able to handle all the attacks they just sent at him. "Who are you" one of them spoke up.

"I am your despair" Sephiroth then used his speed to quickly move to the nearest gang member that looked like a metal man of some kind.

While the man was shocked at the speed that this guy used he wasn't worried because he believed that due to his special quirk he would be alright because of his dramatically increased defense it gave him. "You will never be able to break my defense with that puny sword that you have, kid." He said with a sneer on his face.

"Your defense means nothing to absolute strength such as mine" Sephiroth then got into a Iai stance and then attacked sending out dozens of sword swings at this metal man. "Ha I didn't even feel that you little shit, I knew you couldn't bypass my quirk." He said laughing in Sephiroth's face.

"If only you knew….. You're already dead." Sephiroth then snapped his fingers and then the metal man literally fell to pieces abruptly stopping his laughter. This scene put even more fear into the survivors because that member had some of the best defense among them.

Looking around again, for his next victim. "Enough of this, guys there are more of us than him. We will be able to take him on and once we capture him we can get him to talk." one of the goons said with an evil smile on his face.

'Let's see there are 11 left while it wouldn't take much effort on my part to end their lives with my sword. I have better things to do so let's just end this.' Sephiroth then started to gather mana to cast his next spell.

"Quick stop him, my senses are telling me if we let him finish whatever he is doing then something bad will happen." one of them yelled and the close range fighters charged towards him while the long range fighters sent more ranged attacks at him to stop him.

"Too late, [Implement]" Sephiroth then stomped his foot down on the ground once he had enough mana gathered and a ring of sharp earth spikes formed all around him with him in the center of it and then it started to branch out from there and the spikes were just getting bigger and bigger the further they got from Sephiroth.

"What hell is that we ne…." one of the gang members said before he could dodge the earth spikes and got impaled in his chest and arms dying instantly. He wasn't the only one that wasn't able to dodge the attacks most of the gang members also weren't able to make it through, all dying from getting multiple rock spikes impaling them all over their bodies.

There was only one survivor from Sephiroth's last spell a snake type quirk user that using his quirk to bend his body to dodge the rock spikes but it was a close call for him and if he wasn't one of the furthest from Sephiroth he wouldn't of had the time to use his quirk to dodge.

"Oh one of you insect's made it, well no matter you're still fated to die like the rest of the trash here." Sephiroth then slowly made his way toward him dragging his sword on the ground.

"Wait wait we can talk about this, I can give you anything just to walk away" the snake quirk user said while he slowly walked back trying to get away from Sephiroth.

"There is nothing that you could offer me that I can't get on my own….. Disappear" Sephiroth then dashed forward all of a sudden and delivered an overhead swing down and cutting the gang member with the snake quirk in two clean parts down the middle.

With a wave of his arm he flung the blood that was on his sword off on the ground. "Well now that this is over with let's go back and see what Zero has for me and get my money." Sephiroth then flew into the air and off into the night.
