Tournament Starts

Ronie left the canteen and went to the ground, Andy is still there, staring at other students. All the students were surprised at the behavior of Ronie, thry never saw him in such anger. Ronie is a calm natured person, who always keeps a smile on his face, who talks to everyone kindly, but today his anger was on his borders.

Stephen was also surprised, he did not say a single word in that situation. A moment later, he stood up and went behind Ronie. The canteen was completely silent for a moment, then all the students caught their plates and kept their distance from Andy and his group.

At the Lakeside,

Ronie was quietly sitting cross-legged on the banks of the lake, the memories of his older brother started coming in his head. His brother and father were very cruel, they only want power and success. He started shaking when he remembered those memories but he is not like them, he only wants peace and happiness. So he calmed his body, all those bad memories were being merged in his head, then suddenly Amy's image came in his mind among those memories from nowhere and his eyes filled with tears of joy, he was lost in her beautiful memories.

A moment later, lots of fireworks were launched in the sky and the sky was filled with different colors. A person with a long white beard came on the forum and said in the mic, "The Martial Arts Tournament is starting in 15 minutes, I am requesting all the candidates to come to the forum, The initial phase is about to begin."

All the candidates rushed towards the forum, when Ronie heard this announcement, then he snapped out from his thoughts and also ran towards the forum. But he was in the middle of the forest, so he took 10 minutes to reach the stage. There was a large crowd around the stage, he immediately took his token from the counter and stood in the middle of the stage with other candidates.

Stephen went to him and said in a worried tone, "Where were you? I searched the entire area for you but didn't find you anywhere."

"I had wanted some alone time, so I went to the lakeside."

"At least you should have told me, I was very worried about you."

"if you were little bit more late, then you would be disqualified from the Tournament."

"yeah bro, thankgod I made it in time."

In the black suit a man started checking all the candidates, if they had any type of weapon, such as a knife, blade, chain or other sharp things, then they are ineligible for the tournament and will be disqualified. Because sharp things or weapons are not allowed in Martial Arts.

He examined all the candidates from head to to foot, after checking, an old man came and took all the candidates to a field which was near the forum. When they reached the ground, they were all surprised, it was covered with a huge wall and a large machine was kept there.

Two people in white Lab coats were stood near that huge machine. One of them was a man with good looks and wrinkled short hairs, the other one was a short heighten girl with big glasses and long black hairs. They were testing that machine, the old man who is leading all the candidates, reached to that man in white Lab coat and of them whispered something in his ear.

Then that old man introduced those two people with other other candidates, "Candidates, meet Mr. Han and his assistant miss Shizu. He is one of the popular scientist from the 'Fugaya Central City', he made this wonderful machine to test your strengths." All the candidates saw that huge machine, it was a huge machine with a comfortable seat and three big lenses hanging above that chair. Many computers were connected to that machine and a group of people in the same lab coats was controlling those computers.

The ma in that lab coat came forward and began to explain the work of the machine, "Hello all the candidates, as Mr. Fujaa said that I am one of the popular scientists of 'Fugaya Central City' and my name is Shu Han. I built this wonderful machine to calculate your mental and physical strength. Now I want a candidate, to test this machine is working properly or not. So who is wanna to go first." He looked around and picked one of the candidate, "You come out, what is your name?" that candidate came forward towards Mr. Han and said with full confidence, "I am Song Fei, thank you for choosing me."

"So, Song Fei please sit on that chair."

"Ok"

"Miss Shizu, give me that injection."

She gave injection to Mr. Han and he injected it in the right hand of Song Fei, after a moment his body feels very loosed. Then he connected some wires on his palm and forehead. When he set all the wires in right places, then the machine started calculating his mental and physical strength. Five min later, the group of scientists, who was controlling the computers said, "All done sir, here is the results." Miss Shizu gave the result to Mr. Han and he checked it for a while, then he said, "Song Fei, your mental strength is 2.6 and physical strength is 63." One of the asked in curiosity, "Mr. Han what do you mean by the physical strength of Song Fei is 63."

Mr. Han explained, "This machine calculates humans mental and physical strength, the physical strength of human can upto 80 only and the mental strength can go upto 6.0 only. Those who have less than 50 physical strength and mental strength less than 2 have not been declared as competent and will be declared disqualified. After that, one by one all the candidates test their mental and physical strength. Some of them are disqualified because of lower mental or physical strength, at last there were only six of them left. It's Boya High school's students, Ronie and Stephen.
