Chapter 43: When That Day Arrives

Atray Oben prepared himself for the fight his knuckles cracking under his combat gloves.

He stood firm, ready to face Ben Shines, blood dripped from the captains of the golf division noise, but Shines remained undaunted.

Shines raised his arm, preparing for an attack, as Oben patiently waited for the return of the water serpent.

“I apologize, but I am obligated to end your life”.

The captain of the Hotel Division was warned by Shines, his tone dark and foreboding.

Oben prepared himself for the anticipated attack from Shines, but instead of an attack, a voice echoed through the air.

It sounded eerily familiar to the ears of Shines.

“Ben, what’s going on? Are you really planning to kill one of our comrades?”.

Oben catches a brief glimpse of the lieutenant Kenese from the Golf Division sprinting towards the two captains.

He quickly positions himself between them, hoping to prevent a fight.

Kenese then turns to his own captain from the Golf Division.
