--System booted up, thank you for waiting.--

I have booted up, within a large crater on an unknown planet, and it is currently raining. I check my Spherical-Scanner, to find it broken, along with my emotion-caser and majority of my form. I quickly scan the place with my eyes, and, by my calculations, I estimate I will need 753 years to repair both of my legs, with most of it trying to repair and learn how to re-create all of the required technology. Albeit they'll be of lesser quality and material, it seems enough for this class of world.

I make a small check of my memory banks, to find nearly nothing. I seem to have lost a majority of the important memories around when I reached terminal velocity upon entrance, which most likely broke my outer and inner shielding mechanisms. However, I did find majority of my technological data, so I have a way to repair myself now.

I then checked my current injuries, to notice I am missing both of my legs below the knee-joint, my right forearm and hand, my lower jaw, a section of my chest casing, and all of my left forearm's casing. Although my state is nearly certainly doomed, but, to my.... 'luck', I have chanced upon a flora-enriched planet. Therefore, there should be materials that could qualify for my pieces.

I also check for my Storage-Unit, and.... its still operational. I check for my supplies, to find it completely empty. I guess I'll have to figure it out where my supplies went later on.

Then, after checking all of this, I check for the most important item I have..... to find it still firmly imbedded into my torso. The small sphere is my Makers-Core, an item capable of creating nearly anything if you have the required items. Along with this, it can use nearly my entire energy supply to substitute for a lack of materials, but not all of them. Only specific, weaker items.

--Activating Repair Protocol, checking..... commencing Repair Protocol.--

After that system notification, I begin to crawl out of the hole. However, when I have reached a quarter way to the even land, I notice a small gleam back within the crater, where my back was placed. I crawl back to it, to find it as my Illusionary-Drive that somehow came fully intact. With my fragmented knowledge, I calculated an 8% chance for the drive to stay intact. But, with what I have now, there is no time to dwell on this.

- Illusionary-Drive has been uploaded! -

While crawling up to some pieces of exposed metal lying in the ground, I pull out the craggily piece of metal from the ground, an estimated 1.4 meters long, 78 centimeters wide, and 5 millimeters thick. It was coated in a small layer of dirt, mud, and generalized filth, with small bolts within the metal, likely placed while a ground-related disaster took place.

I activate my Makers-Core, turning this metal scrap into 4 metal attachments to block up both of my leg-wires, arm-wires, and my lower jaw. But there seems to not be enough metal to make casing for my forearm and torso. So now, I begin to search for any and all mineral and material resources I can to rebuild my parts.

It seems this planet is in the early stages of development, but there is a 68% probability that my sudden crash landing has destroyed all the vegetation within a 50-meter radius of the crashing point. I halt once I reach to end of the rocky terrain, to notice various animals taking refuge within the forest, as the strong currents of winds and bullet-like rain lays its claim of the area.

Taking advantage of the rain, I quickly crawl my way into the grass, then immediately use my Illusionary-Drive to camouflage myself amongst the long grass. They seem to not notice me anymore, and I continue crawling through the forest.

On my way into the forest, I come across many valuable sources of copper, including nuts, seeds, shitake mushrooms, spinach, and kale. I also come across various small animals scurrying around said resources. So, I use my working arm to grab onto them, and drain them of their iron, eventually draining 46 squirrels on my way. This gives me about 312.8 milligrams of iron.

Whilst moving forward, my noise-detectors have picked up ques of splashing in the far distance, of which I head towards. I come across a large ocean, filled with wild sea-creatures swimming about in a calm zone. I crawl forwards and into the water to hunt for anything my scanner picks up. I've gained around 9 oysters, which I then drain of their copper.

After doing that, after much consideration, I have decided to build miniature drones, but I must use my Makers-Core to substitute for the resources, given my lack of any.

However, because of this, I must find somewhere to generate sunlight so I can constantly power it. Thus, I crawl out of the water, and continue dragging myself away. I eventually found another piece of metal, that looks like it fell out of the skies a while ago. It had similar measurements as the last piece of metal I found, but a bit more bent and with less bolts.

I use it to create casing for my chest and arm and store the rest of it. After this, I continued searching, which eventually lead me to a perfect cave. The entrance was small, but I could manage to crawl beneath it. Once I arrived inside of it, I found that this whole cave was really narrow, and eventually lead to a small pocket in the cave.

There were only a few small boulders, and a large crack that only let in a small amount of light, about a fist full. But this place was protected enough for me to accept it as it is. I slowly but surely pushed a large rock over to the light for me to lay on, and I check my surroundings.

After ensuring nothing is here, I lay upon the rock, and bathe in the sunlight. I also set myself to awaken after my Makers-Core has re-made my legs and arm, but not before completing the drones first.

-System turning on...-

As I awoke from my slumber, I look around. I seem to be inside a container, but my limbs are finally re-made. I punch my fist forward, breaking the apparent rocks. It seems my bodies formed an air-pocket within the rocks, allowing me to stay perfectly fine. I check the data logs, to find out majority of the time was spent to regenerating the tons of damage my body sustained to heat, blunt forces, tearing, scratches, and the like.

I look around, to realize I am somewhere within another forest clearing. While I'm moving out of the rock casing, a small screen appears in front of me.

[Hello! the world of Bakugan welcomes you! Say, you'd have to obey our worlds laws to stay here! So, do you?]

[Yes!! OR no.]

Hm, it seems I've landed in a conscious world.

This is a rather unfortunate thing, as I calculate that I'd only have a 5% chance to survive within this world without confining myself to their rules. As I weigh the options, I've come to the logical conclusion: To confine myself to their rules.

I pressed [Yes!!] and it disappeared, which left me back in the forest. I call for my drones, to which I see exactly 495 fist-sized, worn & torn drones appear above me, in the sky. They all land down, connected to the drone at the very front by a tube.

It lands before me, the rest floating in the sky. Out of its head, a small drive pulls out above the camera, and it plugs into my finger. I soon realize that this world is far more advanced than I previously thought of them. They've also.... found.... strange cards that came with even stranger orbs, which they've called 'Bakugan', and they've been circulating around this world for 2 years. I must gather more data on this subject.

I swipe my hand, and they all start pouring out into my space. And thus, I begin to walk. After walking for a while, I notice the bright light at the end of the forest section, only to come to learn that it's actually a park, and a small section at that. I exit from the trees, to find various benches, smooth stone floors, and a large fountain in the center.

I seem to have walked into some kids playing with said Bakugan, so I walk up towards them. It's just a young juvenile and his acquaintances, and they seem to be talking about the Bakugan. "I saw this weird fat guy showing off his mint-condition bakugan cards!" The smallest of them said. "Why does he even have those things, they're playing cards! PLAYING cards! DUH!" The largest of them said. "They're like collectables now, so they'll be worth at least like 5 snickers bars later!" The one wearing glasses told to his friends, to which they replied with: "Ooooh!"

Hm, I need to know more of this, 'Weird fat guy' they speak of. To this, I walk backwards into the trees again, then change my Illusionary-Drive into that of a young juvenile. Average height, black hair and eyes, slightly muscular, a perfect human specimen. I gave him jeans and a black woolen jacket with a white undershirt.

I calmy walked towards them, and asked, "Do you perhaps remember his location?" they three of them turned their heads towards me, then the glasses boy said, "Over there, why?" he pointed towards a walkway, specifically at what was at the end of it; a playground. I told him, "Thank you for this information, friend." I sprinted in that direction, which only took me 5 minutes to reach thanks to my superior physique compared to that of a human.

I came to the playground, to see an obese adult with a backwards hat and glasses, panting, breathing in hard, and yelling at children who just took one of his neatly packaged cards for a closer examination. I walked over to the children, and asked, "Could I see that?" to which they responded to me with, "Sure man! just give it back to that fatty guy later!". After saying that, they sprinted off towards the playground, likely to play tag.

I examined the black card, to notice 6 symbols upon it. These seem to be the basic elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Darkness. They're all intrinsically connected to each other via white lines to form a perfect circle.

After examining the card for a while, I walk towards the obese male, and present him the card. He pants, looks towards me, and hurriedly attempts to snatch it from my hands. I hold him back, and tell him, "Halt. Tell me, what will you give me if I allow you to have this?". He looks at me and takes a breath large enough to tug at my illusion's cloth. "GIVE IT BACK TO ME YOU GAY LOSERRRR!!!!" he yelled, before realizing I'm not a digital character, and quickly apologizes. "Oh, oh oh... I'm.... sorry?... I'm just.... uh.... really stressed...." He scratched the back of his head, and coquettishly looked at me.

I tell him, "Follow me if you want the card back.". And as I finish that sentence, I sprint away, into the forestry area. "HEY! COME BACK HERE YOU BASTARDD!!!" he screams at me while trying his best to catch up.

He does eventually catch up to me, which he tries to yell. "HE-...y.... come.... come back h-....ere.." he pants while walking forward towards me. I immediately puncture his head, and take his packaged cards.

He had 3 total cards, so I decide to unbox one of them. The second I un-veiled the packaging, the card shined a bright light, and out of it, emerged a dark red bakugan with light orange and purple accents to its exterior, and I grabbed it.

In my palm laid my first Bakugan, and in my other laid various cards with differing images. I could tell it was a Bakugan of the Pyrus faction, I just couldn't tell what it was. All the markings covering its outer shell looked nothing like the other Bakugan picked up by my drones.

Well, I could find that out in battle. Now, when I checked out my cards, I noticed a few really good cards, and what I'm guessing to be this so called 'Ace' card in other users' decks. I notice the device on his wrist though, to see it as another kind of machine.

I take it off, and give it a run down with my newly-fixed eye scanner, which seems to be working out pretty well. It appears to be the device they used to keep track of lives, a bakugan's B-Power, gate cards, sudden rises, etc. It seems to also be a multi-purpose phone, with all the basic essentials the phone has. Truly remarkable technology.

I simply store it in my chest and go look for some more material. I then turn my Illusionary-Drive to invisibility and go steal materials from around the place. And yes, don't worry, selected items of up to a certain size go invisible when I touch them.

After stealing all this, I use these new-found parts and this newly dubbed Baku-Watch (I couldn't remember the name of it, sorry) to upgrade it to a superior one. With this new device, it has a 5-meter scanner function, resistance against the basic elements, instantaneous data obtaining systems, and a sleek look to fit along with the rest of my generalized 'aesthetic.'

With this new technology, and a need to see what kind of Bakugan I must work with, I go and search for a brawler to fight against. I eventually come across a 13-year-old boy, and he's looking pretty egotistical. So, I go and challenge him to a brawl. "Hey." I ask. He then told me, "What 'cha looking for, Ya tall n' skinny chump?". I ask him, "Would you like to brawl? Normal rules." He then said,

"Peh, me? fight some dork like you? You probably don't even have a good bakugan! HAHA!" he laughed at his own joke. I replied with, "Well, how about we put your skills where the field is?" He stopped smirking, then said, "Fine. Lets get this damn thing over with then, dork.". We both backed up, before yelling "FIELD OPEN!"

Suddenly, I can see that the world around me has begun to slow down, or we are accelerating at a speed to fast for other entities to see. It feels like a strange time anomaly. We reach this weird swirling mess of colors, all with element-related themes. We both yelled "Gate card, set!", and threw a gate-card down each.

He glanced up at me, smirked, then said "So, kid. You know the rules?" I respond honestly, with a "Not really, I'm quite new. Could you teach me?" he then said "Fine, don't want my reputation to go down around here since I beat up some newbie. You have to beat three of my bakugan with three of yours, but one will do. Then, you use the cards you just threw down to play the Bakugan onto. Then, you let them battle. Highest B-Power wins. Ability cards can come in handy here, but those are a bit rare. Anyways, lets fight!"

He rolls up his hand, with a black Bakugan locked within. He then yelled "GO! HAOS FEARIPPER!" He threw the ball surprisingly far, directly onto his gate card, and it suddenly popped open. Then, before my very scanners, I see a gigantic beast, with menacing claws and an angry glare resting in its eyes.

Noting that, I take Trojak out of my pocket. "Come, lets do this." I roll my hand up with Trojak within my grasp, stancing my feet out. I yell "GO! TROJAK!" As I throw the ball he says, "What the heck's a Trojak?" He asks before Trojak reveals himself.

A hulking beast, covering its chest with golden-metalic scales, a helmet with blood-red spikes running down his back, a golden sheen on his scaled legs, a bloody red sword, Trojak, the Pyrus warrior, of 430 B-Power. He staggers, noticing the substantial difference in our B-Powers. He yelled, "ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! LIGHTNING TORNADO!" he pulled out a small card, throwing it out and onto the playing field. Suddenly, Trojak is smashed by 4 lightning bolts, and my Baku-Watch responds with a cold, metalic voice. "Trojak's b-power decreased by 1-0-0 Gs, Fearripper's b-power increased by 1-0-0 Gs. Trojak 330 Gs, Fearripper 410 Gs."

After seeing that, he yelled again. "FEARRIPPER, DESTROY HIM!" His fearripper stared approaching, so I pulled out one of my ability cards, and yelled "ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! FIRE JUDGE!" I threw the card at Trojak's back, and suddenly a ring of fire ignited around him, sending a spike of light-red energy around him.

"Trojak's b-power increased by 1-0-0 Gs, Trojak 430 Gs, Fearripper 410 Gs." after getting this confirmation from the system, I yelled. "TROJAK, OBLITERATE!" Trojak then sprinted forward, with his sword raised above his head, and slashed. While Fearripper tried to go for a leg swipe with his huge claws. But the sword was faster than those claws were, and Fearripper was defeated.

As he's returned to ball form, the kid grunts, and told me, "HAH! Its just beginners luck, and I gave you that win anyways since I didn't use my gate card, so don't get cocky now!" so, after his remark finished, I yelled out, "Go, Trojak!" I threw him down onto my gate-card, and he followed suit with his Haos Fearripper.

This same formula continued, with me winning due to the obvious battle power difference, and now, I was one win away from victory. He said, "I guess its the end of the line for you now, huh? GO HAOS FEARRIPPER!" He threw down his bakugan on the card, and said "Huh? you gonna go or what? HURRY UP!". Hm. It seems to be a trap, as he's likely got another ability card lying in his pockets, or maybe his gate card is special? We'll see, it's not my last ability card anyways.

"Go, Trojak!" I threw him down, and then he put his hand forward, yelling "GATE CARD ACTIVATE! HAOS ATTRIBUTE!" Suddenly, the Baku-Watch said "Spike in B-power detected, calculating.. Fearripper's b-power increased by 1-5-0 Gs, Trojak 430 Gs, Fearripper 460 Gs.". Looking at the difference of 30 in our Gs, he laughed. "HAH! just two more rounds, and that 'Trojak' or whatever his name was is mine!" Seeing him smirk, I follow. He asked, "What're you smirking at?" and I reply to him with my 2nd ability card. "ABILITY CARD ACTIVATE! TACTICAL CHANGE!" After yelling that, I hold it up to see it shining, with Trojak changing. He said, "What? WHATS HAPPENING!" Trojak stopped glowing, but he was.... a Haos bakugan. "WHAT! THATS IMPOSSIBLE!" "No actually, it isn't."

Trojak has gained more yellow-Ish parts, with his sword changing to a spear. My Baku-watch picked it up, and said, "Detected rise in B-Power, Trojak b-power increased by 1-5-0 Gs. Trojak 580 Gs, Fearripper 460 Gs." I then yelled, "ITS OVER! TROJAK, OBLITERATE!" Trojak ran up to fearripper, and pierced his chest. The kid fell to his knees, depressed from his defeat. I walk over, and take his Bakugan from him. "This seems to be my prize, thanks." I began to walk off, when he sprinted up to me and grabbed my leg. "Hey! *Sniff* my Bakugan!" I told him, "You mean MY Bakugan now, I won him fair and square." I kicked him off my leg, and then he started crying, and yelled "Thats not in the rules!...I.... I'm gonna tell my mommy on you!" He ran away crying.

Infants, such annoying creatures.

I continue downtown towards a bench and sat down. I then used my Baku-Watch to hack into a bank, and legally transfer 1 million dollars to me, and then I leave. I look around at a map of the country, and have decided to move to Wardington, as it has been swarming with battlers for a while now, and it's known that one of the six creators of the bakugan game, Dan Kuso, lives in Wardington.

I sprint my way there, which took about 18 days, so 2 weeks and 4 days. I simply just put myself into the american data-base, with a pre-existing profile. I decided to put the name as Ebott Tassel, son to Lisa and Brook Tassel, which I also put them in.

I use some spare parts of metal and some wiring, and my Makers-Core, to create robots of my fake parents, and I place them on a schedule of finding a job, working there until they close, come back, and then rest.

So, I buy the usual furniture items, and put the rest of it away into a separate hiding spot within the web, so it's all safe. I also take some out, to make it look like they've got a savings account, and that I am a new transfer over to the same school that Dan goes to.

After making all of these preparations, I go outside to purchase some items, specifically groceries, a container for bakugan, and maybe a bike to seem normal. I arrive at the front of the grocery store, to see some kids showing off their bakugan like they have the strongest ones around, only to see a Aquos Juggernoid, Darkus Fearripper, and a Pyrus Griffon. I ask the kid with the Pyrus Griffon, "Hey kid, wanna brawl?" he turned towards me, and replied with "Huh? Oh! sure!". But I put my finger up, and added antsy to this deal. "Winner gets to take a bakugan of their pick from the loser, and if you win, you can have both of mine." He looked un-sure of this, and said "I don't know.... you seem weird.. and how are you gonna battle with only two bakugan?" I told him, "You don't need to worry about me, I'll do perfectly fine."

He then said, "Ok, but if I win, I want that cool-looking one!" he pointed towards Trojak. "Sure, but if I win, I'm taking your strongest Pyrus." he nodded, and then we both said, "Field, open!". As the area around us changed into the battlefield.

We both placed down our gate cards, but I let him go first. "Since your just a kid, I'll let you brawl first." he nodded, and said, "Pyrus Centipoid, stand!" threw it down onto my gate card, and then I said, "Haos Fearripper, stand!" And threw it down. The Baku-Pod (Just found that it's called that), said "Battle recognized, Centipoid B-Power, 400 Gs, Haos Fearripper, 380 Gs." (I also just learned Fearripper has 310 Gs in the physical game, not anime. Idk about the anime.)

He said, "Thats it? Where's the other one!" and then I said, "Right here.. Gate card activate! Double battle!" My Trojak is attracted to the battlefield, and so is his Pyrus Griffon. "Trojak recognized, total B-power of 810 Gs, Griffon recognized, 790 Gs." He said, "What!? 430 Gs! Thats impossible!" "Oh, but it is. I'm 20 Gs above you. So, time to lose!". But he then said, "Ability card, activate! Fire Tornado!" He threw it down, and an updraft of flames surrounds Griffon, and then my Baku-Pod reacts. "Fire Tornado recognized, Griffon B-power increased by 1-0-0 Gs, Trojaks B-power decreased by 1-0-0 Gs. Trojak & Fearripper, 710 Gs. Griffon & Centipoid, 890 Gs."

He then said "Hah! I'm gonna win this for sure now! Attack!" They came forward, prepared to destroy us. I said, "Not so fast, Ability card, activate! Tactical change!" Trojak started to morph, and his red sword transformed into a dirt-brown shield. "Subterra Trojak! And now, Co-side relation, Subterra and Haos!" Trojak and Fearripper started shining, and then the kid said, "What! Hey, that's cheating!"

"Co-relation recognized, Trojak & Fearripper, 810 Gs. Griffon and Centipoid, 890 Gs." then I said, "But that's not all, Ability card activate! Copycat!" I watch another fire tornado pick up, but this time, it's around Trojak! Trojak then sprinted up, and threw his fire-covered shield at Griffon, taking it out of the sky before coming back to him. "Trojak's B-power increased by 1-0-0 Gs, Griffons B-power decreased by 1-0-0 Gs. Trojak & Fearripper, 910. Griffon and Centipoid, 790 Gs."

"Now, destroy him!" I point at his Bakugan, and they attack. I defeat them easily, and say, "Now, it's time for your last Bakugan, what will it be? A Juggernoid?" then I yell, "Gate card, set!", throwing down my Trojak character card. He then looked at me, and muttered a "Yes.." "Juggernoid, stand!" He threw down his Juggernoid, but on his own card. Hm, a decent move against a normal foe, but not me!

"Trojak, stand!" I throw him down onto my gate card, and immediately yell, "Ability card, activate! Tactical change!" he said, "How! The battle hasn't ended yet, and you don't have any Haos abilities!" I then told him, "Tactical change can be used infinitely, you fool! A good warrior doesn't need any cards to change his style." He changes to Ventus, and his sword became a bow, and a quiver full of arrows appears on his back.

He said, "How would you hit me from here anyways? I'm on a different card!" I then said, "Like this actually, Ability card activate! Blow away!" Trojak pulled up an arrow, and aimed it back, shooting his Juggernoid. But instead of damage, it's blown around, and onto my gate card. I then yelled, "Gate card open! Trojak!" the Baku-Pod registered. "Battle recognized, Trojak, 860 Gs. Juggernoid, 330 Gs."

I immediately attacked, and won. I told him, "Game and point, now keep your end of the deal up." I take his Griffon, and tell him, "Good battle, feel free to come again, I'll happily take that ability card off of you." He sat there, lightly crying. I went into the grocery store, bought the food and other supplies we needed, dropped them off home, and went to a bike shop. I just buy a regular bike painted black and red, and a golden-tin and some red paint.

I make a custom order for a Pyrus-container used from the golden tin with a Pyrus logo built onto it, and I pay the guy around 10,000 dollars for this service, since it's not that small, and it's quite an intrinsic design.

I then go to hibernation mode to recharge on my slightly-lowered energy deposit, and send my drones back out into the world, to complete my map of Wardington 100%.

--Turning system off....--

-Narrator POV- (Aka a time skip of like half a year, since I think that's how long it took to catch up to the canon.)

As the sun rose over Wardington, a young man had already began walking towards the grocery store, in an uncommon outfit by todays standard.

He wore a black jacket with a patch on his upper-left shoulder that said 'Bakugan' on it, with a white undershirt and grey pants, and running shoes. He had bright black eyes, but despite that, he still looked ever so slightly.... Dull. He had short black hair, which seemed normal with all these crazy hair colors these days.

He had a three Bakugan holster on his waist, made of iron that was coated in black paint and a gold outline with a pyrus symbol on the front of it, and a similar-looking card holster, marked with the same colors and symbol.

This was our protagonist, The Robot, or, as he was registered in the database, Ebott Tassel. He was currently buying more groceries, with the rest of it stored away in his space, where nothing rots, grows, or decays. And to which, he was challenged again by another confident child, seeking his 5th placement on the bakugan worldwide ranking. Although he put that ranking on an alternative account, with Trojak as it's main. It was also wearing a hat and a face mask, which he usually wore out early in the morning.

However, he couldn't withstand the powers of his Tuskor, nor his Mantris. He wasn't strong enough to make him pull out Trojak, not now, and most probably not ever, and he was added to the list of failures.

Now, don't you want to go back to him? No? Well, sorry. You kind of need to.

-The Robot's POV-

I have beaten another child, and I must say, for such a sorry excuse for a species, they are quite persistent. This same child has come back to brawl against me 18 times in the last month, and he's kept getting better, and kept losing to me, which led to more experience.

I've also come to know that fighting stronger bakugan can lead to more improvement, as Trojak has become far quicker than he usually was in the battlefield. I have also come to acquire all the basic pyrus ability cards, and two of all the rest, and have assumed a full party of three bakugan. Trojak, Mantris, and Tuskor. With Mantris, I also have all the species-specific ability cards for Mantris and Tuskor, making a devastating combo attack.

While Tuskor uses nose-slap on them, Mantris will move them onto Tuskor, who, will then have the Negative Delta command card activated, and, if they are of pyrus, aquos or haos typing, then I would've replaced that Negative Delta command card with my Double battle command card, bringing in Trojak and winning the battle.

This is one of my many formulated battle plans, and I will make more later, so that's an upside.

Carrying on with my day, I continue my trip back home, only to encounter a large character and a smaller character, about to begin a battle with a young pyrus brawler with green goggles on his head. And judging from the confident and slightly arrogant face on the pyrus brawler, he's either fought against him before, or he's stronger.

To watch this battle, I hide behind a corner, and turn invisible, and grapple my hand onto the pyrus brawler just as he begins the fight. He momentarily turned around, and said, "Huh?" but since he couldn't see my hand, he didn't bother.

While I was watching the battle, I found it quite boring, since neither of them activated any decent ability cards, in fact, they nearly used no ability cards at all throughout the whole battle, which was odd. Most people I've battled tended to have at least 1 ability card, either that or a good gate card, but both of these guys had neither of them.

Just as I was starting to get bored, I noticed two bakugan appear that weren't there before hand, a Darkus Fearripper and an unknown Pyrus bakugan. I wonder, where did these things even come from? I will need to gather more data on this subject.

"Fearripper! snap out of it! The negative energies of the silent core have taken control of your power of reason!"... What. Did that bakugan just speak, and is it trying to persuade the Fearripper? What exactly is this, 'Silent Core'? I must gather data. I take a picture of it and save it to my memory drive. After computing this new knowledge into the devoted 'Bakugan' folder, he said, "His power... Its building!" It then said an unknown ability to me, most likely to be a species-specific ability. "Boosted Dragon!" then, it hurled a huge fireball at the fearripper, defeating it.

The battle ended, and he walked away with the bakugan, surprised that at the newly acquired bakugan. I must gather more data on him and this bakugan, so I send various cameras to attach themselves to him.

And, I return to a hidden spot, and assume my human illusion again. However, while I was walking back to my house, I'd come to encounter a mysterious figure wearing a large mask that covers his face, big yellow hair, a white jacket with three belts and darkish-blue pants. He was smirking, and told me, "Lets battle."

I nodded, and we both raised our cards. "Field, open!" as the battlefield opened, we both yelled, "Gate card, set!". As we set our gate cards down on the field, he said "Doom card, set." as he dropped a card with a skull on it, and it sunk into the battlefield.

This was a new discovery that I must research, but I activated my turn anyways. I yelled "Bakugan brawl! Mantris, stand!" as Mantris came onto the field, he put his bakugan inside an oval-shaped bakugan launcher, with a purple stripe down the middle. "Bakugan brawl! Reaper, stand." before me appeared Darkus Reaper, a slightly muscular bakugan with two large skeletal-wings, horns, and a giant scythe. And the thing was, he also talked, just like the dragon did.

However, I'd upgraded my Baku-Pod, and integrated it directly into my system, so it would just directly send it into my retina scanners. {Battle started, Darkus Reaper, standing at 370 Gs. Pyrus Mantris, standing at 390 Gs. You are winning by 20 Gs.}. However, he immediately threw down another bakugan. "Laserman, stand." and then, a large robotic bakugan landed, with four different cannons.

{New bakugan detected, Darkus Laserman, standing at 390 Gs.} Hm, what could he currently be planning? However, he immediately yelled "Gate close!" then, all the bakugan on the field suddenly return. He got his Laserman and his Reaper back, while I got Mantris. I didn't know of this card, although I think I'd make up a perfect spot within my team.

He then yelled "Gate card, set!" then, "Bakugan brawl. Laserman, stand." He stood up the Laserman again, and this time, I threw mine directly onto his card. "Mantris, stand!" {Battle started, Darkus Laserman, standing at 390 Gs. Pyrus Mantris, standing at 390 Gs. Gs are all equal.}. I then yell, "Bakugan brawl! Tuskor, stand!" then, I stood up my Tuskor. I then instantly pulled up my ability card. "Ability card activate! Nose Slap!" Tuskor's huge trunk extended and started slamming itself back-and-forth onto Laserman.

After that, he tried to react, but I immediately pulled out another ability card. "Ability card activate! Sling Blazer!" Then, my Mantris used his claws, and forced him onto the same card as Tuskor. I then yelled again, "Gate card open! Negative Delta!" suddenly, his power dropped. My scanner quickly analyzed the whole thing.

{Counting two ability cards, and one gate card... identified to be -Negative Delta-. Darkus Laserman standing at 390 Gs, lost 60 Gs to Tuskor's -Nose Slap- ability card, 30 Gs deducted per hit... Pyrus Mantris, standing at 390 Gs, used the -Sling Blazer- ability card to move Laserman onto -Negative Delta-, detection of a 2-0-0 G decrease to Laserman. Laserman, standing at 130 Gs. Pyrus Tuskor, standing at 380 Gs. You are winning by 250 Gs.}.

His smirk lessened to an extent, and then he pulled out his own gate card. "Ability card activate, Dimension 4." My gate card darkened, and then, {Detected use of ability card -Dimension 4-, the -Negative Delta- gate card has been reversed..., Laserman standing at 330 Gs. Tuskor, standing at 380 Gs. You are winning by 50 Gs.} However, I quickly attacked with Tuskor while he was busy smirking at the rise in his Laserman's Gs.

When I beat him, instead of the bakugan simply returning or falling to the floor, it instead was sucked into a crack that revealed a purplish void. He didn't look all too happy about his lost Laserman, but he called, "Doom card, return.". Then, the skull card flew out of the ground, and back to his hand, and he ended the battle. He said, "Call me Masquerade, I'll see you another time." And with that, he swirled himself up into his white coat, and disappeared. I can tell he's really gone, since my scanners can't pick him up right now.

I add that 'Doom Card' into my files, and the mysterious effects it has to actually destroy bakugan, I must acquire one of these.

Hm. Another strange occurrence.

I go home, to upgrade my online persona, The Brawler. It was a figure of similar looks to the newly discovered 'Masquerade' figure, with a more headband-like visor to cover his eyes, white spiked hair, A black jacket with a similarly elongated waist section, a belt with the pyrus logo in gold, and large boots. He also fashioned his own Bakugan launcher, shaped like a triangle with a section to hold all his cards. After my next battle, I was nearly at 4th place, right behind Julio Santana, the world's strongest Haos brawler.

I have closed his location down to somewhere in Europe, and I must soon battle against him for his spot as the 4th strongest battler, with the final goal to beat Chan Lee, the strongest Pyrus brawler, and take her Fourtress. Once I've obtained this, I have full confidence to beat nearly any bakugan, and I've also noticed a weird occurrence.

Recently, with Trojak, his Gs have increased from his 430 base to a 450 base, which may be signs of evolution, as he's been getting more violent recently. It would be quite good if he didn't become stupider or sentient, which means he might rebel against my will.

While I am looking at the ranking board, I notice someone new on the board. That Masquerade individual seems to be the new number one, with no sign of the previous number one, Shun Kazami. However, he appears to now be the 6th place, directly behind me.

I store this in my folder for later and dress up into my 'The Brawler' clothes. I then activate the jets in my legs (He got them added in that timeskip) and flew away to hunt around for Julio in Europe.

-Here is another timeskip, since Europe is huge and searching the entire thing will take at least a month or two. It's a 2-month timeskip, since that should be the time before the whole 'top 10 brawler meeting', and if it's not? then it is within this AU.-

I've been flying over Europe for at 2 months now, and this search has finally given me some results. I have attempted to search the European database for him, but he's constantly on the move, and rarely stays in the same place for more than 2 days, with a cycle of stopping, brawling, eating & drinking, sleeping, then leaving.

And now, I've finally pin-pointed his next location, London. I can see the bus he's taking, and I've been following it for the past few hours, to ensure that it's actually heading to London. However, I've confirmed it now, so I've gone to London ahead of time, to wait for him.

The second he appeared, I switched back to my 'The Brawler' illusion and covered myself with a large black coat. As he got off the bus and looked around for a place to sit to let some kids test his metal, I walk over to him and tap his shoulder. "Hey." he turned around to look at me, and asked "Hm? Do I know you?" I then asked him, "Shush, did you want to brawl?" then, he smirked. "Certainly, but do you know who I am?" then I replied to him with, "Julio Santana, 4th best bakugan brawler worldwide, strongest Haos brawler.". He looked surprised by this; he probably wasn't expecting me to know who he is.

He asked, "Who are you?", so I told him, "Me? I'm the future of bakugan." I pulled up my field card, and so did he. "Field open!" as the dimensions started shifting, I threw away my black coat into the air, and he looked at me. "Wait... you're the 5th ranked bakugan brawler... The Brawler!" I look at him through my visor, and asked, "So, DID YOU WANNA BRAWL!?" I pulled out my gate card.

"Gate card, SET!" and then my bakugan on top of my gate card. "BAKUGAN BRAWL! PYRUS MANTRIS STAND!". He quickly shook his head, and turned back to looking at the field. "Gate card, set!" and then he threw down his bakugan. "Bakugan brawl! Haos Fearripper, stand!" {Battle started. Pyrus Mantris, standing at 390 Gs. Haos Fearripper, standing at 380 Gs. You are winning by 10 Gs.}

With our stats up, he pulled out his card, "Ability card, activate! Lightning Tornado!" a large gathering of thunderbolts started to swarm around his Fearripper, and they crashed into my Mantris. {Ability card -Lightning Tornado- activated, transfer of 1-0-0 Gs from Mantris to Fearripper. Mantris, standing at 290 Gs. Fearripper, standing at 480 Gs. You are losing by 100 Gs.} he smirked, then he ordered his Fearripper to attack.

I then pull out my own card, "Ability card activate! Fire Tornado!" {Ability card -Fire Tornado- activated, transfer of 1-0-0 Gs from Fearripper to Mantris. Mantris, standing at 390 Gs. Fearripper, standing at 380 Gs. You are winning by 10 Gs.}. As he saw me activate Fire Tornado, he yelled, "Fearripper! STOP!", but it was too late. I ordered my Mantris to attack, while yelling, "Mantris, OBLITERATE!" as his Fearripper tried to suddenly stop mid-sprint, Mantris cleaved down from above, and defeated him.

He looked angry, and said, "Oh, now you've done it! BAKUGAN BRAWL! TENTACLEAR, STAND!" he threw down another bakugan, and from it, arose a giant eyeball with a pinkish-iris, and multiple tentacles. I threw down another gate card, and glared at him, it was time.

Seeing his Ace appear, I decide it's finally time. "Bakugan, BRAWL! TROJAK, STAND!" as I threw my bakugan, he realized I actually threw it at my own card. However, he was busy looking at its natural 450 Gs. {Battle started, Pyrus Trojak, standing at 450 Gs. Haos Tentaclear, 370 Gs. You are winning by 80 Gs.} he then yelled while throwing out two cards, "Ability card activate! Solar ray + Flare blinder!" as they landed, a giant beam of light landed on Tentaclear, and Tentaclear's eye started to shine.

{Ability cards -Solar Ray- and -Flare Blinder-, addition of 1-0-0 Gs to Tentaclear, disabling gate card. Trojak, standing at 450 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 470 Gs. You are losing by 20 Gs.}

With that out of the way, I pull out my card. "Ability card activate, Tactical change!" And with that, Trojak's large sword turned into a mighty shield that blocked his whole body and changing his attribute to Subterra. I then pull out two cards, throwing the 1st one, then the second one five seconds later.

"Ability card activate, Copycat!" I copied his Solar Ray ability, giving 100 Gs to Trojak. Then, the second card caught up. "Ability card activate! Sand Trap!" as it hit, Trojak picked up his shield by the sides, and started slamming it on the ground in Tentaclear's direction, sending shockwaves throughout the ground and the air, which hurt Tentaclear.

{Ability cards -Copycat->-Solar Ray- and -Sand Trap -, addition of 1-0-0 Gs to Subterra Trojak, removal of 5-0 Gs from Tentaclear. Subterra Trojak, standing at 550 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 420 Gs. You are winning by 130 Gs.}

However, after getting this confirmation, he pulled out another card. "Ability card activate! Mega Flare Blinder!" with that, the Tentaclear's eye started to shine even more, sending various beams of light everywhere.

{Ability card -Mega Flare Blinder-, addition of 1-0-0 Gs to Tentaclear, nullification of -Sand Trap- by -Mega Flare Blinder-, addition of 5-0 Gs to Tentaclear. Subterra Trojak, standing at 550 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 570 Gs. You are losing by 20 Gs.}

I then pulled out my Tactical Change card again, "Ability card activate, Tactical Change!" Trojak's large shield transformed into a bow, then I yelled, "Hexagonal link between Ventus and Haos, activate!"

{Hexagonal link activated, addition of 1-0-0 Gs to Ventus Trojak. Ventus Trojak, standing at 650 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 570 Gs. You are winning by 80 Gs.}

As he was about to pull up another card, I put another gate card down on the field. I pulled up two cards, and said, "Ability cards, activate! Blow Away! + Air Battle!" Trojak aimed at Tentaclear with his bow and shot dead on the iris. Tentaclear was hooked on by my arrow, and then he flew up into the sky, and flew onto the new gate card, to which Tentaclear was un-hooked.

Then, "Gate card, open!" to see my Trojak character card, and I could see from here, that he was slightly afraid. {Trojak character gate card opened, doubling the Gs of Ventus Trojak... Ventus Trojak, standing at 1300 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 570 Gs. You are winning by 730 Gs.} As Trojak sprints towards him, he pulls up another card. "Ability card activate! Haos Freeze!" then, my Trojak stopped in place, and he grinned.

He yelled, "Bakugan brawl! Haos Centipoid, stand!" then, a large centipede with two large backplates arose, upping the score. {Ability card -Haos Freeze-, Ventus Trojak stood down, adding Haos Centipoid... Ventus Trojak, standing at 1300 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 570 Gs. Haos Centipoid, standing at 400 Gs. You are winning by 330 Gs.} then, I decided to play my own bakugan. "Bakugan brawl! Bakugan stand, rise, Pyrus Tuskor!" he might've expected me to play it on the card with Trojak to help him, but I throw Tuskor down on my initial gate card, the one he de-activated.

I then pulled out two more ability cards, "Ability cards activate! Nose Slap! + Fire Judge!". Tuskor's trunk was covered with a spiral of flames, and it came barreling at them. then, he pulled yet another ability card, "Ability card activate! Attractor!" which would've been annoying, if I didn't expect it.

I pulled out the ability card I'd been holding in my sleeve for a while now and threw it. "Counter ability activate! Frame Fire!" as the card flew onto the field, it hit Centipoid, and reversed his ability. Centipoid was dragged towards Tuskor, and was then violently abused.

{Ability cards -Nose Slap-, -Fire Judge-, -Frame Fire-, adding Pyrus Tuskor... addition of 1-0-0 Gs to Tuskor, Reflection of -Attractor- via -Frame Fire-, pulling Centipoid to Tuskor... Ventus Trojak, standing at 1300 Gs. Tentaclear, standing at 570 Gs. Centipoid, standing at 400 Gs. Tuskor, standing at 480 Gs. You are winning by 810 Gs.}

Since Tuskor beat Centipoid via Nose Slap, I allow him to stay on the field, and then, Haos Freeze stops working. (I believe that it won't just keep them frozen there for the whole time, so it's like aqua refrain in this AU.) Trojak then stood up and punched his fist through Tentaclear.

As Tentaclear hit the ground, he looked defeated, and utterly disappointed in himself. My Baku-Pod activated, then said, as it has done many times, {The brawl has finished, winner: The Brawler, moved up to 4th place.}

As the battle ended, we returned to earth. I walk towards him and put my hand to his head. "Well well well, look who's the loser now, Julio." he looked up at me and I smirked. I then told him, "The next time we meet, more likely, the next time I BEAT you, I'll just have to give Tentaclear a new home in my collection, doesn't that sound great?" I kicked him in the chest after saying this.

He then said, "I'll get you back for this...." I then walked away, laughing "Ahahaha...AHAHahaha....AHAHAHAHA!" as I turn invisible whilst walking away, to fly back to my house in Wardington.
